Akari woke up getting ready for the day.

Akari packed her theif outfit into a bag grabbing her purse and leaving. She made her way to the dress shop.
Once she made it there she walked in seeing a man in a gray suit with blond hair. But she paid him no mind as she walked by going to the desk.
Pardon me. Akari said making the man flinch.
Oh, I haven't see you in a while, Akari. The owner said making Akari smile.
Hello. I was hoping I could get my dress fixed up. Could you get it done as soon as possible? Akari asked as she pulled out the dress from her bag. She felt the guy watching her as she grew annoyed.

Does that mean... you have a favorable impression of my physical appearance? Akari asked with a blush on her face her voice still sounded mad but she didn't mean for it to sound rude.

You've got a nice face and body, Akari. You'd be a knockout if you shimmered your attitude and dress up. Akari scoffed bitting her lip to hold her attitude back. She cleared her throat so she could talk softly.

Papa! I know how long I am! Who's that? Anya asked making foid and star look over at her as she ran over.
Another customer. Loid said gesturing to star. Akari turned around as a shadow covered her eyes.
Great he has a child. I almost pursued someone's husband. I've heard that women have been killed by wives for such things. I mean, if it happened to me I'd just kill them back. Anya gasped due to star's thoughts. No I mustn't. If I think like this someone will eventually know that I'm a theif who kills when necessary. I must learn to calm down. Akari looks over at Anya feeling her staring at her. And I'm not particularly good with children besides yuta. Anya stares with fear at Akari.

Hmm I was considering her as a candidate to play my wife but never mind. Loid said in his mind making Anya stare at him in shock.
I was actually considering him to act as my boyfriend at the party, but I must avoid these so call messy lovers quarrels. That'd be such a pain to deal with. Anya stared at Akari then got an idea since she wanted star to be her mom. She moved back a bit then started singing with her hands crossed over her chest.
Ah, I'm oh so lonely because I do not have mama. Anya said making star and Loid look at her.
What brought this on? Loid asked.
I long for a mama. Anya said still singing.
So are you not here with your wife? Akari asked with her eyebrow raised making Loid look at her with a soft smile.
Oh, er... I actually lost my wife two years ago, so I'm rasing her on my own now. Loid said making Akari's eyes widen.
So I wouldn't be killed or have to deal the an annoying fight for asking him to the party! Akari lowered her gaze as she felt her face grow hot.

Out side the store
Pretend to be your boyfriend? Loid asked, looking over at Akari who stared at the ground in embarrassment.
Yes... I fibbed to my Younger brother about having a boyfriend. If it's too much trouble, I was hoping you'd accompany me to this party. Um, I promise I don't have any ulterior motives! Of course, I'll thank you properly, too. I just want to put my brother's mind at ease. Akari said as she continued to stare at the ground.
Very well. I accept. Loid said with a smile. Making Akari's eyes widened as she looked over at Loid.
Really?! Akari asked in surprise.

Huh?! What's that! Akari asked As her attitude returned as she Put her hands on her hips.
So you see. I'd like that you play the role of her mother during the interview. Loid said.
Her mother? Akari asked with her eyebrow raised.
With the duo being so uncertain right now. My only wish is for my daughter to get into a good school. This was also the wish of my late wife. Loid said with his fist raised. Anya looked at Loid.

Hmm he seems legit. Akari said in her mind as she stared at him. Loid turned his attention back to her.

Did that really just happen. I actually got through a conversation with a male that didn't end with me punch him in the face. But the kid though I felt her stare on me. It definitely wasn't I want you as my new mommy face. If she was reading my mind anytime I said something violent she'd tense up and stare at me in shock. Could it be... no way children can't read minds, that's crazy. Akari stuck her hands in her coat pocket then continued her walk to her Apartment.
