Chapter 40 Akari's kitchen pt1

The clock in the forger house chimed singling it was late in the evening.
Lately... Akari's been coming home late. Neither of us dig deeply into our private life. So I don't usually ask questions. Loid thought while he sat on the couch reading a book and Anya played with Bond till her stomach growled.
Papa. Is it dinner time yet? She asked.
Once Akari gets home. Loid said then went back to reading his book. Anya grabed bonds faces rubbing it.
Bond, tell me what we're having for dinner tonight! Anya whispered trying to get bond to have a vision. The door opened catching loid and Anya's attention. Once she closed the door she turned smiling at them.
I'm home. She spoke then walked inside as her expression changed.
A gloomy, somber expression, and... several cuts all over her hands. Anya run up to Akari greeting her.

Oh, thanks Anya. Akari ruffled Anya's hair making her smile.
Welcome home. Should we start dinner? Loid asked walking over to them.
Oh... I'm not hungry, so you two just eat without me. Akari said then made her way to her room. Loid noticed she's been sleeping in there lately instead with him like she insisted.

At Akari's job the next day
Everyone was packing up for the day. Akari took her time packing up as she listened to her female coworkers talk with a gloomy look as she zipped her bag. She then left and went to the grocery store leaving with a brown bag. With a dark tint to her face. She made her way to the destination as red liquid bleed from the bag. She stood in front of the house staring at it then walked up to the door ringing the bell. Camilla opened the door sharply staring at Akari.
Are we really doing this again? Camilla asked. Akari shared the same stare giving Camilla a nod.
Also... are those tomatoes?! They're clearly crushed! What's wrong with you?! Camilla shouted angrily pointing at the bag.
