I had a huge panic attack again today. So I'm writing this as a way for me to release some tension. I'll definitely send more but I'm desperate right now. I totally forgot what you told me to do, i feel lost again. Next week, you need to give a few minutes pep talk on how to deal with dread.
Not to long, or else I won't be able to focus. Just a couple minutes to figure out a path.
