She shifted in my arms, and turned to face me. she opened her eyes tiredly.
"davey.." she said.
"Yeah?" I asked.
She smooshed my cheeks together. "You.. Have really pretty... eyes." she said and patted my head before falling asleep again.
"What the fuck?..." I said and blinked. I sighed.
"weirdo." I said and kissed her cheek, and I instantly regretted doing that, because she shifted in her sleep. I held my breath.
She just turned a bit and opened her eyes.

"Dave?" She asked.
"Y-Yeah?" I said.
