@fan: Ayo- is that Vinnie??? 
@hater: Bro- why does Vinnie keep getting with her? She's not even that great-
@fan: No fucking way- are they back together??
Vinnie and I laugh about the comments.
I turn to him as we are sitting in his room.
"Y'know, there is one thing I do feel terrible about."
"What's that?"
"Outing Jacob like that.."
"I mean he did it to you too."
"Yeah but he wouldn't of done it if I didn't. I just feel so bad. He tried apologizing to me."
"Then why are you here with me?"
"I- I don't know." 
"Sydney. You know I love you, but even after what happened, you need to fix what happened with Jacob. Even if it's just you guys being friends." 
"Your right. Your always right." 
I walk downstairs and Jacob walks in.
"Jacob can I talk to you?" 
"I thought you'd be with Vinnie since apparently your back together."
Jacob pulls up the picture from Instagram. 
"No. I almost did though." 
I grab his arm and pull him into the kitchen. 
"Look.. I feel terrible about what happened at that club. I know we both did shit we shouldn't, but I do need to know.. were you cheating on me with Veronica?"
"No. I was just talking to her. She wanted to get with me, but I said no. Which was why I was such a dickhead this last couple of weeks." 
"Why didn't you just tell me?"
"I didn't know how to.." 
"Jacob.." 
" Don't say anything. I already feel terrible- "
"I wasn't going to say anything." 
I get up on my tip toes and pull him close.
Jacob wraps his arms around my waist.
"God Syd. You really know how to fuck with my head don't you?" 
"Just a little bit." 
He kisses me. Everything was fine again. For now.
