- 2 days later -

I scroll through my recent calls and texts.

"Hey Vinnie."

"Hm?"

He walks over to me and wraps his arms around me.

"Which one should I contact back?"

"Are you even interested in calling them back?"

"I mean yeah, this is a chance of a life time, I just don't know what to do."

Dean runs into my room.

"OH MY FUCK-"

"What! You scared the shit out of me!"

"Sydney. Dylan just asked me to be her boyfriend-"

"Well are you going to say yes!?"

"Well duh!"

"Then tell her!"

"I am, I am! Wait which record label did you choose?"

"I'm not sure.. I'm thinking Warner music, but what if they don't take me?"

"Then you move to the next label."

"It's not the easy Dean-"

"It is though love."

"Oh whatever."

I lay flat against my pillows and Vinnie puts his head on my chest. I run my fingers through his hair and I think of something.

"Wait, you said you and Dylan were dating right?"

"Yeah.. why?"

"How about a double date?"

"Double dates are cringy-"

"No they aren't right Vin-"

"Depends."

"Your supposed to back me up here-"

"I mean, totally not cringy ever!"

I roll my eyes.

"Look, come on! Let's just do it!"

"Okay fine-"

"Alright, let's pick her up. I say we go ice skating then go to that little coffee shop after."

Vinnie sits up.

"I'm down for that."

"I thought double dates were cringy-"

"I said it depends."

- in the car -

"Hi Dylan!"

"Oh my god- Sydney!"

"It's so awesome to see you again!"

Dylan gets in the car next to Dean.

We drive to the indoor skating rink.

I skate around with Vinnie until he slips bringing me down with him. I land on top of him.

"Y'know, if you wanted a kiss or something you could of just asked."

"You know I do, but I actually did fall."

I put my hand on his cheek and kiss him.

"Better?"

I help him up off the ground.

"Actually, I think I need one more."

I smirk and wrap my arms around his neck. I kiss him once again. We skate back over to Dean and Dylan. I look over and I see Jacob, with Veronica.
