As expected, Jacob was forced to date Veronica. He was pretty much always gone. I press on his story.

I sit next Vinnie on his bed.

"Y'know, at this point you should just try dating again. Jacob and Veronica aren't gonna break up."

"I know." I put my head on Vinnie's shoulder. "The only other person I'd be okay with dating probably wouldn't want to go out with me again."

"Again? Who else did you date other than me and Jacob?"

"Vinnie-"

"Oh wait- you are talking about me. I'd be down to go out with you again, but are you ready?"

"If I wasn't ready, would I do this?"

I put my hand on Vinnie's cheek and kiss him. It felt so right. Something in me longed for Vinnie.

Vinnie smiles at me.

"Y'know, I love how it always comes back to us making out in my bedroom."

"Oh shut up."

"Your only saying that because you know I'm right."

I cuddle up to Vinnie and he wraps his arm around me.

Dean walks in.

"Hey Vin do you- oh nevermind- wait-"

Vinnie looks at Dean.

"We are maybe sorta dating again-"

"I'm mean get it I guess. I was wondering if you wanted to stream."

"Sure."

"Ima chill here."

I laugh at the comments while Dean and Vinnie stream together. Once they are done, I look outside. It was snowing in California.

"VINNIE! ITS SNOWING!"

I grab Vinnie's hand and pull him outside.

"What are you doing Syd?"

"Something that hasn't happened in a while."

"I mean nobody is home.."
