Currently I'm at a convenience store, shopping since it's already December and while at the snack section, I happened to bump into Haitani Rindou. We didn't noticed each other until we grabbed the same snack....
"You're the King's sister, right?" Rindou said "And the Queen's friend?"
"Yes, that's right" I said as I continue to get some snacks "By the way, why're you here?"
Wow~ Izumi really? Asking an obvious question? Idiot self!
"Uh...Shopping?" Rindou said
"Ahaha~ Sorry!" I said "Then I'll get going to the cashier then!"

I got to the cashier and when I was gonna pay for what I bought, someone beat me to it...

I sighed silently as I got out of the convenience store with Rindou behind me, "Uh...Why did you do that?" I asked as he and I walk
"Do what? Paying what you bought?" He questioned with raised eyebrow

I nodded, "You didn't have to do that, y'know" I said. He just stayed silent, I sighed mentally again
We just walk in a comfortable silence, I broke it when I said, "I'll be going this way. Thank you Haitani-san" I said as I bowed
"For what?" he asked confused
"For walking with me" I said "Though we didn't talk much, it was comfortable"
"It's nothing" I heard him say "The Queen would kill if I don't" I heard him mumble
"Eh? Sorry, could you please repeat what you said?" I asked tilting my head
"Nevermind!" he said as I giggled a bit
"Then I'll see you around!" with that I parted ways with Rindou
While walking silently in the dark with only the street lights, I look behind me every now and then as its already night time and you know what that means...drunkards, stalkers, and perverts lurking in the shadows.
Luckily there's no one behind me but the eerie silence is killing me and making me a nervous and scared, 'Come on Izumi! Don't be afraid!' I said to myself 'But I can't fight!'
