Chapter 71 [Apology and Goodbye]

|February 23

|Morning 9 AM, Aiko Family Hospital

Mira POV:

"You were shot near your shoulder blade and lost a lot of blood." Doctor Shun explained

"My little one! Is my child okay?!" I panicked

"Fortunately, your little one is as strong as you." he said

"They're alright." I sobbed, then gasped "Izana! Toman! The boys, what about them?! Kana?!"

"Come in you lot." he smiled as he opened the door 

And in came Mom, Dad, Shina, Mikey, Izumi, Emma, Grandpa Sano and...Izana, all in their casual clothes.

"Hey." I greeted

"Hey honey." Mom smiled as tears came down her eyes and then she hugged me and I hugged her back, Dad and Shina joined

"How are you feeling, Mira?" Dad asked

"Feeling good, I guess?" I answered

It was silent, too quiet. I sweatdropped because the silence was too quiet, "We're just glad you are safe, Mira." Grandpa Sano said

I gave them a smile as I said, "I'm so sorry for worrying you all."

I then suddenly heard Mom sigh and then she whispered something to Dad and Dad whispered it to Grandpa Sano, they quietly left the room, Shina, Emma, Mikey and Izumi just followed behind the adults. And now its just me and Izana.

"......."

"You not gonna say anything?" I finally spoked

Silence.

"Izana?"

"Oi." I started to get annoyed "Say something!"

"Izana!"

"Gomen." he mumbled

"Eh?"

"Gomenasai, Mira." he said outloud "I'm sorry! So sorry!"

He stood there, fists clenched by his sides as he looked down, "Come here." I said

"..." I sighed "I don't like repeating myself sometimes, Izana, come here."

He came near me and as soon as he's nearly my bed I pulled him in a hug, he was shocked at first but eventually returned the hug, "Apology not accepted at all." I dead-panned

I separate from the hug and took a look at his face and it was priceless! His face was like his soul left his body, not only that but his on the verge of crying. I closed my eyes and crossed my arms and huffed, I will not fall under his pouting techniques!

I opened one eye and gave him a side-eye, "However, I will accept your apology if you will take responsibility!" I said

"Responsibility? What kind?" My jaw dropped when he said that, he has the guts to joke, huh?

"Are you fucking kidding me right now?"  I said

For some reason, he just gave me a smirk and I felt his arm snake towards my waist as he gave me a kiss on the cheeks. I turned red as tomato and he took that as an opportunity to give me a peck on the lips, "Of course, I will take responsibility." he smirked

"Izana! Stop it this instance!" I exclaimed

"Alright, alright." he raised both his hands up then bought them down and he placed a hand on my stomach, "I'm sorry, little one. Because of Papa, I nearly lost you and your Mama."

"Izana..."

"I promise I will protect both of you." Izana said as he took my hand and gave it a kiss

"Don't go breaking that promise, you hear me?!" I sniffled

"I won't. I won't break that promise, Mira." Izana said

Thank you, God. For giving me a second chance to live.

|10 AM, 23 February

3rd POV:

"Mira has woken up?" 

"Yeah, apparently she awoke an hour ago." Kisaki said 

"So, when will make your final move?" Hanma asked while munching on some chips and chilling on the couch

"After Takemichi goes back to the future." Kana said staring at her own reflection in the window of her office

"What about Mira, Shina, Jun, Rui and Izumi?" Rina questioned "Do they know what you're doing?"

"No. They don't." Kana admitted "And I don't plan on telling them about it either."

"But are you serious about disbanding?" Ryu said

"Yes." Kana said "Call for a meeting, this instance. And don't tell Mira, Shina, Jun, Rui or Izumi any of it, is that clear?"

"Yes, ma'am." Kisaki, Hanma, Rina and Ryu all said in unison as they also leave the same time

'This is is goodbye for good, everyone.' Kana thought 'I've had fun and everything. Thank you, God for granting me another chance of life.'

STILL ALIVE!!!!!!!! HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Yes, I am still alive :)) Good lord! Exam was fucking hard TToTT. Thank you Lord because me and my classmates survived! And hopefully, this semester, my grades have gone up HAHAHAHAHAHAH (as if!! T^T).

Anyways, I know I've not been updating much of my books, but I do have many drafts already ready to be published. Just proofreading them and making sure they fit the storyline (unlike this one). Buut~~~ Hope ya'll are doing well? Always remember be healthy, sleep early, and  don't stress yourself too much <3
