Star vs the Forces of Evil: The Return of Toffee

Forward note on Setting: The film's setting details are mainly based on the assumption that Mewni is not only a dimension, but it is also a small continent. Not only that, but after the events at the end of season 4 of Star vs the Forces of Evil, Mewni shares a land border with the United States near Southern California and Mexico near Baja California.

The setting goes on the assumption that the combination of the Dimensions of Earth and Mewni only affected the area of Echo Creek California with the only other notable event being the connecting of the continents of North America and Mewni.

As the portal explodes at the end of "Cleaved" Best friends Star Butterfly and Marco Diaz are reunited. With their reunion comes a New World. The Dimensions of Earth and Mewni are united! The continents of North America and Mewni  have joined together! The Earth-ni Dimension is born.

As the portal explodes, a few tiny golden particles of magic burst out of the atmosphere and into space. A few particles soon drift together, combining to reform Star's wand, though only at half power. The particles and the wand are shown to spread around the two worlds like tiny golden meteors. The wand falls from the sky like a comet and into Star's room. After bouncing off the walls like a ping pong ball, the wand rests just under her bed. Other magic particles land on a pair of dimensional traveling scissors in the room. Others spread out around Castle Avarius II and abandoned piles of dimensional traveling scissors near Butterfly Castle.

But some of the particles land onto the skeletal remains of the septarian general Toffee as it lies under a massive pillar. Magic particles further land onto a large stick adjacent to Toffee's body, turning it into a large scepter shaped wand.

Within seconds, Toffee's skin starts to regenerate and he opens his eyes. Toffee has been brought back to life! He pushes the pillar aside and slowly stands up. With an evil grin, He begins to maniacally laugh...and begins to plan his revenge!

Good and Bad came from the Cleaved event!

One of the bad things  is the rise of the Anti Mewni Movement on Earth! The Anti Mewni Movement despises both Mewmans and Monsters, believing them to be invaders. As of recent, they have been growing across the United States and across the globe, with the sole goal of unjustly forcing the innocent Mewmans and Monsters back into Mewni.

In response, Star is now leading the Mewni Rights Movement with the help of her best friend and boyfriend Marco Diaz! For the past three years, they've been fighting for equal rights and justice for Mewmans and Monsters on Earth and are now planning a massive protest march on Washington D.C. Itself!

For now though, she wants to think about that later as she's excited to be finally graduating high school today!

It's the early morning at the Echo Creek Academy! It's Star and Marco's high school graduation day! The ceremony is outside in front of the school with the students in the front rows of chairs and the parents and family members in the back rows of chairs. Both Marcos and Star's Parents are in the audience, along with Marco's five year old sister Mariposa.

A fair distance away, however, is another large gathering of people not part of the ceremony. Sitting in the student section, Star is a bit worried about the large group of people not part of the ceremony, but tries to ignore it. They are excited to finally graduate!

They briefly talk to each other about what colleges they would like to go to and then walk up to accept their diplomas. Marco accepts his diploma first! But when Star accepts her diploma and as the audience claps in celebration of their accomplishment, a loud sound drowns out the cheers of the audience! It is the sound of booing! The sound of booing is from the large gathering of people just outside the ceremony. They angrily shout phrases like no students from Mewni!
