Star Vs. The Forces of Evil: The Return of Toffee

Starco Forever

Star wakes up in a daze, finding herself in a hospital. She panics until she realizes where she is. Her arm is hooked up to an IV and is in a large hospital bed. She notices she is still in butterfly form. There are a butch of stitches on her wings where Toffee stabbed her. Her room is extensively decorated with balloons, flower bouquets, and get well soon cards.

Not content with just sitting around doing nothing, Star gets up and exits the room. Sneaking past the nurses and doctors close to her room, she begins to wander the halls until she stops in front of another room and looks to see who's in the room. Star discovers it's Marco's room and she quietly goes in.

Marco is lying in a hospital bed, his right leg in a cast along with his left arm. He is fast asleep when Star excitedly wakes him up. Startled at first, Marco quickly comes to his senses and recognizes Star. The two ask how each other are and try to funnily downplay to each other the extent of their injuries.

Star then holds Marco's hand and thanks him for fighting by her side in the duel...and for everything else! She also tells Marco she's sorry he got beaten up that badly. Marco tells her not to worry, it's what best friends do for each other. Star then tells Marco tenderly that she really thought it was sweet everything he told her after he nearly died. Marco tries to apologize for acting so awkward, but Star stops him mid sentence and continues. She tells him tenderly that she knows this hasn't been the easiest road they've been on. Star also lets Marco know she knows he's worried about being too clingy or too distant, and the fate of their relationship in college!

Star holds Marco's hand as she honestly reminds him not to worry. With a slight smile, she reminds Marco of the fact that he is thinking about this stuff at all shows how much he cares and how she knows he is a good person. She finally tells him he's the sweetest, kind hearted person she knows and the bestest friend ( And Boyfriend ) she could ask for. After a few seconds of awkward silence, Marco tenderly and softly tells Star he loves her! A happy Star tenderly tells Marco she loves him too and they briefly kiss each other! They both blush a little afterwards.

Star then tells Marco she wants to make a pinky promise with Marco. Without hesitation, Marco agrees and with their pinky fingers, they make a promise to be Best Friends Forever and "Starco" Forever!

It is a promise that will never be broken!

After that, Star and Marco decide to use the hospital services to their advantage and order crate after crate after crate of jello to eat!

The two of them are visited by their families to check to see how they are doing, grateful they're both alive! After they leave, Tom, Janna, and Jackie visit Star and Marco and give them a present to make them feel better.

They unwrap the present to reveal it's the mural they found during the graduation party. The mural is mostly cleaned off, revealing a beautiful picture of the battle of Echo Creek. Star picks away at the sand covering the faces of the two figures fighting Toffee. When the sand is all gone, it is revealed that the two figures are Star and Marco! When Janna asks Star and Marco what they think of it, they proudly announce they love the mural!
