It's now nightfall at Star's camp. In the main tent, a strategy meeting is being held. At the meeting is Star, Marco, Rasticore, Tom, Jackie, Janna, Chloe, Both of Star's Parents, Both of Marco's Parents, Lady Whosits, King Dave Lucitor, Queen Wrathmelior Lucitor, King Pony Head, Globgor, Eclispa, Both of Marco's Parents, Sir Scarsguard, Ludo, and Dennis.

The mood in the meeting can be best described as stressed as Rasticore explains Toffee's plans and the full size of Toffee's army. Rescuing all the prisoners held by the Septarians has restored the size of the Royal Mewni army to 100,000 troops. However, this is still no match for Toffee's army of 400,000. As they all debate on what to do, a couple of portals opens just outside the tent. Seeing this, everyone's curiosity is piqued and they rush out to see what is happening!

Out of the portals come Ferguson, Alfonzo, and Lilacia Pony head, all three incredibly tired and exhausted. Marco and Star immediately rush to them, frantically asking if they're ok and if the plan succeeded?

Almost out of breath, the three of them cheerfully respond that it has succeeded beyond even their wildest expectations. Suddenly, more and more people and creatures of all dimensions come through the portal. They come first in tens, then hundreds and then thousands.

Those arriving through the portal include Star and Marco's old friend Kelly, The Mercenary Talon Raventalon, Kelly's sparring partner Jorby, and Marco's Dragon Cycle Nachos. After happily greeting their old friends, everyone realizes the accomplishment Star and Marco have achieved. As a result of their efforts, the size of the Royal Mewni Army has swelled to 350,000 troops. Nearly the whole of the multiverse is on their side now.

Just a few minutes ago, they were on the ropes and close to defeat! Now, they have a fighting chance!

Star gives an inspiring speech to all of them on why this fight matters and how they will stop Toffee. After the speech, Star knows something is missing and knows just what it is...Mariposa and Meteora. Star has Marco get the two of them and with a spell from her wand, she turns them back into teenagers ( even restoring the clothing and weapons they previously wore in Dimension X-103 ). After that, preparations begin in earnest to march to the aid of Echo Creek and reach the city before Toffee can.

The next day, Star is preparing for the coming battle in the morning. All day, she's been practicing with her wand and practicing with more intense and powerful spells ( with varying degrees of success ) as her army prepares to march to Echo Creek.

As Star finishes practicing her spells for the day, Marco finds her and tells her that he has a surprise for her. Star is instantly excited and runs with Marco back to camp. They arrive at the tent holding all of the armour for the soldiers. Marco has Star close her eyes until she's inside the tent. Once inside, Marco let's Star know she can open her eyes.

Sitting on top of a little table is the royal crown of Mewni!

Star looks awe struck at the crown as Marco nervously explains how he got the crown back from Toffee. As Marco is still explaining the story, Star responds gleefully that she loves the gift and gives Marco a big hug!

Star proceeds to put the Crown on her head and exits the tent!

With battle preparations complete, Star and Marco get on their Warnicorns and lead their army straight towards Echo Creek.

After two days of exhausting marching, Star's army can finally see the Earth-Mewni border ahead. A wave of relief fills the ranks as they realize they've made it before Toffee could.

But Marco and Star are a little apprehensive, worried that their campaign for Mewni Rights on Earth has failed and what will be awaiting them at the border. Will it be another anti-Mewni protest like the one at their graduation, they ask themselves worriedly...Will it be police...attack helicopters...tanks?

As Star's army approaches the border, they start to see a large crowd gathered by the border fence...and the crowd is cheering! As they get closer, Star and Marco see the crowd is mainly composed of people their own age and that they are excited to welcome back Star and Marco, even making a path for Star's army to go through. The Pro-Mewni rights crowd is in the thousands, with some holding signs asking for Equality for everyone including Mewnians. There are even those holding up signs that simply read "Starco!" or "Starco Forever!"

Star and Marco are completely taken aback by this...and also confused on what Starco even means. Seeing their confusion, Jackie tells them about the spread of the Mewni Rights Movement after the D.C. Incident. Taking out her phone, Jackie shows a surprised Star and Marco videos of the protests happening all around the world in support of Mewnian Rights and against Toffee actions. Jackie also shows them how since D.C., she's been posting daily social media updates on everything that's been happening and to support Mewnian Rights.

Both Star and Marco are happy at the developments, but are still curious about the word Starco. When Star inquires what it means, Jackie gleefully tells the two of them it was her idea and that the word describes their relationship.

Star and Marco blush a little at first, and Jackie awkwardly asks if they like it? Without hesitation, Star and Marco happily tell Jackie they love it and then tell Jackie to let her social media followers know Star and Marco approve of "Starco"! Relieved and excited, Jackie does this immediately as Star's army marches away from the crowd to prepare for battle.

Star's Army arrives at the edge of Echo Creek. The town is dead quiet, with the residents either staying at home or fleeing after hearing that Toffee's Army is about to return. Almost immediately after arriving, Star commands her army to get everything ready for the battle ahead while Marco tries to make sure Star's orders are followed smoothly.

Trenches are dug, traps are set up, and cannons are placed into position! Armor is cleaned and even swords are sharpened! After a half hour or so, everything is in place. As Marco is finished directing the troops on where everything should be placed, he sees Star looking out silently at Echo Creek. Buff Frog also sees this and the two of them go up to Star to talk to her.

Star is a bit nervous, telling them she's worried she won't be able to stop Toffee. Both Buff Frog and Marco reassure her that she is more than capable at doing the job and they have no doubt she will lead them to victory! Cheered up a little, Star reminisces to Marco about all the amazing times and adventures they've had at Echo Creek as they both remind themselves they're defending the town where their friendship began.

Trying not to be rude, Buff Frog kindly asks Star if they should maybe get into battle formations. Star agrees and they all begin to prepare their weapons. Buff Frog then sternly asks Star if she has a plan...a plan to defeat Toffee! After taking a slight pause, Star firmly and confidently tells Buff Frog she has a plan!

A few hours later, Toffee and his gigantic 400,000 strong army cross the Earth-Mewni border and head straight for Echo Creek. Halfway to the city, Toffee's army is confronted by several regiments of the U.S. Army armed to the teeth with missile launchers, tanks, artillery pieces, and drones. Enraged at Toffee's actions in D.C., the U.S. has sent this force specifically with the goal of stopping Toffee.

The U.S. Soldiers order Toffee and his army to halt and go back to Mewni. Toffee menacingly and coldly refuses the command. Just as the U.S. tanks and artillery are about to fire upon Toffee's army, Toffee uses high intensity concussion energy blasts from his wand.

The unmanned drones fall from the sky like flies, exploding on impact with the desert! The tanks and missile launchers are tossed several feet into the air along with the entire U.S. force sent to stop them. The equipment is spread all over the place. The U.S. soldiers survive the blast, but are completely stunned, experiencing first hand Toffee's terrifying power.

With the U.S. Force neutralized, Toffee and his army marches unflinchingly to Echo Creek! The Battle is only an hour away!
