After everyone got done eating lunch Constance took Aiden home.
Skylar was currently waiting for Nico to get off work and come here so she could tell him the news.
Minutes passed by and she kept finding herself checking the clock she was nervous enough as it is.
Why you may ask because last time this didn't go so well. Hours passed by and as she was eating dinner, she heard the door open.
Looking up she saw it was Nico smiling at him slightly while he walked up to Skylar kissing her on the cheek.
"There's dinner on the counter if you're hungry" Skylar told him, and Nico said "okay" before sitting next to Skylar. "So, any reason why you asked for me to come over" Nico asked Skylar.
"I just wanted to tell you I'm going with Logan to see his parents" Skylar told him. "Oh, any reason why" Nico asked.
"Just need away for a little while" Skylar told him deciding not to tell him about Logan just yet.
"When do you leave" Nico asked. "In a month" Skylar told him.
"Oh, okay will you call me once you get there" Nico asked. "Yeah of course" Skylar said, and he smiled.
"You're not upset" Skylar asked him. "No why would I be" Nico asked. "Just after last time it didn't go so well" Skylar admitted.
"I admit last time wasn't my best, but I trust you and that's all that matters" Nico said making Skylar smile. "Just please call me or text I'm going to miss you like crazy" Nico said.
"I promise" Skylar told him, and he smiled. "Good" Nico said getting up grabbing him some food and resumed his position next to Skylar. "Do me a favor while I'm gone" Skylar asked him. "Anything" he said.
"Watch out for Constance along with everyone else" Skylar said. "You worry too much" Nico said. "It's kind of my thing" Skylar told him.
"Don't worry I will but I promise you they'll be fine" Nico said, and Skylar smiled kissing him on the cheek before continuing her meal.

Before Skylar knew it a month passed by, and she was currently packing for the trip. She heard Nico walk in kissing her on the cheek as he went towards her. "Need any help" Nico asked her.
"No, I'm almost done" Skylar told him. "Do you know when you'll be back" Nico asked her.
"No" Skylar said again as she finished packing zipping up her suitcase. "Hey" Nico said making Skylar face him. "I'll miss you" Nico said smiling.
"I won't be gone long" Skylar told him. "Okay" Nico said kissing her. Then all of a sudden, Skyler hear a car horn. "That must be Logan telling me it's time to go" Skylar said.
"I'll walk you down" Nico said grabbing her suitcase as they went outside. He put her suitcase in the trunk of Logan's car shutting it.
"Be careful" Nico said. "Don't worry we'll be fine" Skylar reassured him. "Okay" he said kissing her before opening her door as she got in buckling her seatbelt.
He closed the door leaned down and looked at Logan.
"Take care of my girl" Nico said. "Don't worry she's in good hands" Logan told him. "Good" Nico said before leaving. Logan drove off as Skylar waved bye at Nico.

"He still doesn't know" Logan asked Skylar to break the silence. "No not yet" Skylar told me. "Sky you need to tell him" Logan told her.
"I know I just don't know when just need to figure out the best time to do so" Skylar said.
"That won't matter if he finds out on his one you need to tell him before it's too late" Nico said.
"I know it's just he's such a good guy and he cares for me so much and the second I tell him I still have feelings for you it could crush him" Skylar said.
"Or he could understand because he loves you" Logan told her, and she sighed leaning her head against the window. "You know I'm right" Logan told her focusing on the road. "Yeah, I know" Skylar said.
