After dance class Skylar dismissed everyone getting in a hurry to visit Liv since she is supposed to come home today. Logan asked Skylar out on a date before giving her a kiss on a cheek which she was sure Nico noticed, and she quickly agreed.
He soon left leaving Skylar to pack her things as Nico walked up to her.
"I just don't understand what you see in him or why you would go out with him and not me" Nico suddenly said.
Skylar looked up at him before sighing to herself realizing he's not going to give up till she told him.
"Logan and I have history he was there the night of the incident he saved me that night I broke it off that night because I needed to be alone, I was in a bad place, and I wanted to get back to myself not the girl I used to be" Skylar told him.
"Incident that's what your brother told me what incident" Logan asked her.
"You met my brother" Skyler asked him, and he nodded slowly not daring to look away.
"If i tell you this stays between us alright no telling your sister brother mother whoever I don't care keep it to yourself" she told Nico sounding as serious as she could.
"I promise" Nico told her trying to look as truthful as I could it took her a minute, but she eventually gave in. "Alright but if I find out you told anyone I will hurt you" Skylar told him as he smiled a little.
"It happened last year during spring my father was a paramedic I was on my way to dance but I stopped to visit my dad" Skylar said beginning the story noticing he was listening to her every word.
"I bumped into Logan that day he always volunteered to go with me, and I would allow him we walked in as quiet as we could right when I saw the guy kill my father" Skylar told him finishing her story.
"Your father was killed right in front of you" Nico said. "Pretty much" Skylar told him. "Wait did the killer see you is he still out there" Nico asked her.
"No Logan pulled me aside before he could see me and yes, they got the killer after he tried to escape." Skylar told him.
"So, the reason why you broke up with Logan is because you were mourning your father's death" Nico asked her. "That and other things" Skylar told him.
"What other things" Nico asked her, sounding curious.
"I was pregnant a year ago with Logan's baby" Skylar told him holding back tears. "Wait was" he asked her.
"Yea was I had a miscarriage" Skylar told him trying to be strong since it was the first time, she mentioned her daughter.
"Does Logan know" Nico asked her, trying to be cautious with words.
"Yes, he does he stayed with me throughout my visit" Skyler told him, and he nodded.
"Look I would love to tell you more, but I have to go see Liv maybe we can get coffee or something tomorrow" Skyler told him. "Yeah of course" Nico said, and Skylar left.

Skylar made it to Liv's room to see she was already packed and ready to head home. Liv hmm c noticed her walk in as she walked up to her. "Hey ready to get out of here" Skylar asked her.
"You have no idea you know how much I hate hospitals" Liv replied back to her.
"Yeah I know but before we go there is something you should know" Skylar told her suddenly. "You're back with Logan" Liv said putting Skylar in shock. "How did you" Skylar started to say before she cut in.
"It's written all over your face plus I am your best friend I know these things besides you reek of his cologne" Liv told her making Skylar roll her eyes.
"Okay good point you always knew me too well I could never keep anything from you" Skylar told her.
"Don't you and I both know it" Liv said making Skylar giggle. I told Nico about my miscarriage" Skylar told Liv.
"Really you did you haven't spoken about it since it happened how was it" Liv asked. "It was actually fine just a little weird that he was interested in my life" Skylar admitted to her.
"And this is the guy you slept with that one night right" Liv asked. "Yeah right" Skylar told her.
"Maybe he's into you wouldn't be the first" Liv said. "Okay one Logan and I have history and two we grew up together it's different" Skylar told her.
"Yeah I know but does he look we will discuss it later when I'm out of this hospital but how's dance class going" Liv asked changing the subject.
"it's actually quite amazing never realized how much I missed it" Skylar said.
"Maybe it's a sign to get back to dancing I do miss seeing you in the building plus it's how we met" Liv said.
"Yeah I know it was just so hard to do with dad gone but he always loved me dancing after all he was my teacher" Skylar said.
"And he would want you to continue to do what you love not to stop because of him you and I both know that" Liv told her. "I'll think about it now let's get you home" Skylar told her.
It took Liv some convincing but she eventually dropped it at least for now and as soon as they got the okay to go home they left the hospital talking about nothing but dance.
