When Amy had enough files to listen, she decides to stop disturbing Han. Han waits for Amy that night but when she didn't came he goes in her room to check. When asked she elucidates that she has enough audio files to listen to so from now onwards he don't have to sacrifice his sleep for her. Nevertheless, Han brings his blanket to sleep in Amy's room justifying himself that it's not only her right to invade in his room, he also deserves it. Owing to the right to equality, she provides him the space but she rationalises her decision that from tomorrow he has to take the kitchen charge back since she has started feeling tired lately. Han simply agrees teasing her that even he is tired of being her experimental subject, since she seldom made anything usual. His comment irked her but she is too tired to let her emotions out so she just hit the pillow and fall asleep. But before she goes down in her dreams Han discloses that Dr Kim advised him to keep an eye on her especially during sleep where she may not control her emotions and may fall in danger so that's why he cannot let her sleep alone till the therapy session shows steady positive results. Amy heard him with half consciousness and casually agreed before slumbering down.
They sleeps together but there is one thing that Amy is unaware of. She routinely suffers from nightmare during her first quarter of sleep, but has no memory of it once awake. Han knows her emotional exhaustion is the etiology she started feeling tired lately so he would rather exhaust himself instead. He can't allow her to sleep alone. When he discussed the fact with Dr Kim, he advised him to stay by her side cause her nightmare probably be an aftereffect of her therapy sessions where she fights bravely but deep inside she is scared to death, so to have someone who can assure her safety, she may overcome her deep seated troubles. That night as she fell deeply in her dreams she started showing signs of agony.
In her dream, she is inside a dark room with four screens attached to the sidewalls which are displaying very blurred images that she thinks are her memories and tries to focus on one screen in order to see things clearly but as soon as pictures start becoming more transparent, flashlight of the car appears, that scares Amy and she swiftly shifts her focus on the other side of the wall but similar thing happens whatever screen she faces. Ultimately, she sits down with her head down and cries hard, that fills the dark room with her throes of despair. Moreover, an iron cage entraps Amy and she starts panicking to get out of there but to no avail, and as if it was not enough she felt her wings being chopped. She loses all her hopes and falls on the ground. In the real world, Amy makes knee elbow position in her sleep and tries to bore her head into Han's chest as if she is trying to hide herself in mother's arm, calling out for mom in her mutter looking all scared and anxious. Han extends his arm to comfort Amy while bringing his mouth near Amy's ear to say something.
He tells her- "Amy, stay strong. I am there. You know I will always be by your side. You need not to be scared. Everything's gonna be fine. I will always protect you. There is nothing to be scared of. Everything's alright. "In Amy's dream, she didn't exactly heard his voice, but somehow she felt better after crying a lot and suddenly the cage disappears. She got up and again looked at those screens. This time the screen dispalyed memories of her present life which are bright, clear and positive. She imagines Han beside her and smiles. Suddenly, the dark room vanishes and she find herself in an open bright space. She is standing on the seashore, it's early morning there and she breathes in the freash air felling all refreshed. Then she sees a white bird who spread his wings and fly off to the sky, so she wishes to be like him. She spreads her arm and closes her eyes. When she opens it, she already have new wings which are stronger than her previous one and she spreads them and launches herself towards the sky.
In real world, she is now relaxed and her breathing become normal. Han puts Amy back to her pillow and steps back to his pillow at opposite end while facing Amy. He holds her hand before falling asleep to succour her.
