chapter 29

Kevin's POV:

I exited from her room to let the family take care, even though I wanted to stay but I know there will be questions about my presence in her room.

I heard footsteps behind me, it was her father.

"We need to talk Mr. Silverstein", he said in a hard tone and took me into a study room.

He went ahead and took the chair not even asking me to take the seat, opening the drawer he took out a gun and placed it into the table.I stood there looking between him and the gun. Is he trying to intimidate me?

"I'm not going to waste our time. Tell me what were you doing in my daughter's room? "

"We needed to clarify some misunderstandings, it's personal Sir"

"I'm indebted to you,you saved her life but do not think that I will not use this gun because you are some business partner. You deal with my son not with me. I will not give you another chance so speak up. Why were you with her? ", he raised the gun on me.

"My answer will not change"

He raised and came in front of me pointing the gun on my head.

"You are wasting time.... "

The door flung opened, we both looked at the intruder.

"What are you doing, dad? "

She asked her father who slowly retreated the gun. His face softened for a moment but soon it went away after looking back at me.

"You can't be serious, he was the one who saved me. If he wouldn't have, I couldn't be standing here"

"Right, I'm sorry Mr. Silverstein"

He left the study leaving us, for a moment I thought he was truly sorry but the look on his face says it's not over yet.

"I'm sorry about my dad, he was just protective"

"Yeah, I know.How are you now? "

"Fine.What did he asked you? "

"What was I doing with you. He was not ready to take a no for an answer,pretty much stubborn. Now I know where did you get your stubbornness from", I said leaning on the table.

"Well,what did you said? "

"I told him it's personal but he pushed me so I had to tell him that you invited me and then you started to take off your clothes", her eyes widened and within a moment she came running towards me to kill me.

She held my collar and I hold her in my arms to not let her go this time.

" How could you say something like this? He is my father", her anger made her cheeks turn into red and she was looking even more beautiful.

"I could have told him how you have intoxicated me with your beauty and how hard I want to take you right here right now", I whispered into her ear and her hands started to shake.I hold her more firmly, " But I'm not doing any of this for now, soon you will be mine"

She wriggled more and I let her free.

"I have an engagement, you are not supposed to be here. Just go"

"I don't care because there will be no engagement. As I said you are mine", I held her face in my hands. " And once I decide I don't give up unless I have what I want"

"Of course, but I'm not a thing.For now I may be your obsession but soon you will be ", I cut her off with a lingering kiss.

Feeling her soft lips against mine after a long time, I clutched her even closer than before. Her fruity aroma and soft skin made me more crazy about her,I kept on kissing her and soon she too started kissing me back.
