That whole day, I held Matt's hand. It was raining all day long. We went to the mall again, my ring shining in the dull lights. Cam rented out a Chinese food restaurant, I was eating some gross sushi with Carter. We threw up after that, yuck!
I decided to walk around by myself. My phone was at 78%, I was looking at my vine. I looked up for one second, then looked back down at my phone, I ran into one guy. I looked up, he looked familiar but didn't bother to stop. He just gave me a dirty look, then saw my promise ring. He left me, I just walked until I ran into a wall.
Matt started texting me,
"Matt: Hey baby, are you okay? We're about to leave in half and hour. When are you walking back here?"
The mall had three floors, I was at the bottom, the food court was on the third.
"Me:I'll be there in 5. And I'm fine, just wishing I could have a pair of these high tops I saw."
I put my phone back in my pocket, then started going up the escalator, I decided to sit on the steps. I put my hands on my cheeks, then started rubbing my cold hands together. Then I slipped where the escalator stops at the top. I got up and started to walk towards the next one, that goes to the third floor.
As I was walking something caught my eye, it was in Zumiez. I walked over and saw some awesome high tops with some diamonds in the sides. Then I felt someone pick me up, I kept my eyes on the shoes, it was Nash that picked me up. Cause I was running a little late from meeting them. I was trying to break free, but he had a tight grip on my legs. The escalator was 10 yards away from the shoes. Nash walked up on the stairs and I was still staring at the shoes. We got back up and Nash put me in Matt's arms.
He looked into my eyes and noticed I wasn't even paying attention, he pecked me on the lips. I still was imagining the shoes, then he put me on my feet, then went for another kiss. Not a peck, but full on make out session. I closed my eyes and pulled him closer. Then he pulled back and said "What's up with you?" I opened my eyes and said "Oh Uhh nothing!" He looked back in my eyes and said "Lexi?!?" In a tone like he was concerned.
"Nothing, it's not important!" I said with a smirk on my face. He said back in a kinda mean tone "Everything's important to me that involves you!" "Shoes it's just shoes okay!" I said.
He looked me in the eyes once more and just held my hand and walked down the escalators. As my hair hid my eyes an face, I pull them behind my ears and then guys start following us. Matt grabbed me close, making sure none of them touch me. We got to the first floor, he dragged me through all the cars. He treated me like, I'm not sure. His sense of humor disappeared, out of nowhere he started to get serious, trying to keep a straight face on as we drove to the hotel.
*Hotel*
He picked me up with me facing him, my legs wrapped around my waist. He ran to the elevator and I was still on him. The elevator stopped, the doors wouldn't open.
We then found out, the elevator was stuck. Matt put me down and started pounding his fist against the elevator doors. I slid against the walls and sat on the floor. Matt was looking worried, I pulled him down to sit with me, he slid against the wall and sat down. I held his hand with both of mine. He put his head on my shoulder.
"What was up with the rush?" I asked calmly. He looked me in the eyes and said "There was a surprise for you and I thought it would be something you would remember till I got back. Since this is our last night spending time together." He put his head against mine, I pulled back and said "This is already perfect right here, we're all alone with no one with us." He put his hand against my face and pulled me close for a kiss. We both tilted our head the opposite sides from each other.
He started to lay down, and pulled me to get on top. I layed with our chests touching, I tried pulling back for air but Matt wouldn't stop. I sat up and was on his lap. He said "I Love You!" I knew he meant it. I put my head against his and said "I Love You Too!"
We sat on the floor, the elevator started again, after 15 mins. He got up first then helped me up. As I got up, Matt pulled me close, and some random people walked in. Our floor came next, we walked out and started towards the room. I pulled out my key, since Matt threw his out the window too. I opened the door and walked in first, what I saw when I looked up from the ground,
The room: the beds were gone, it was a huge mattress, covered with a bunch of blankets and pillows. There were snacks on the side of the bed; gummy bears, gummy worms, CINNOMAN BEARS ( my favorite!), Reese's pieces, skittles, m&m's, and chocolate covered strawberries!
I looked over at Matt, he was holding some cute and comfortable looking pjs. He said "Put these on!" With a big smile that went across his face. It was 10:00 p.m., I ran to the bathroom and put it on, I came out and Matt was wearing sweatpants. No shirt! He asked "Are you ready?" I looked up and said "Yes!"
We jumped on the bed, and put in Disney movies. We fed each other strawberries, and all the other treats. We were watching Cinderella, my favorite part is when the mice make her dress. I got up from his pull and started dancing and singing along with them. Matt looked at me, and said "You're just adorable when ever I look at you!" The song was over and I sat back down.
After 5 hours, of watching Disney movies, Malificent was playing. I fell asleep on Matt's chest, with his arms around my waist. With a tight grip, I looked over at the clock, moving a bit making sure not to wake up Matt, it was 3 in the morning. I drifted off to sleep with the music from the movie.
