Avu went inside and straightaway went to her room. She was lost in her own thoughts. Vaishreem's words were going on in her mind. She got fresh and went outside.
AM: Papa kab tak aayenge?
Avu: Bataya nhi unhone
AM nodded.
AM: Dinner....
Avu: (cuts him) Hnn okk I will help
She said frustratedly. AM smiled at her and kept her hand on Avu's.
AM: Dekh beta tere bhale ke lie bolti hu
Avu: Mom please. Mujhe aapka koi faaltu lecture nhi sunna hai. Isilie I am helping. Ab fir matt shuru ho. Chal Anu
She dragged Anu to kitchen. AM went behind them. AD also came by the time they were setting dinner on table. Anu took water for him.
Anu: Papa khana ready hai
AD: To tum log khalo. Function mein tha dinner. Aur school kaisa raha aaj?
Anu: Theek tha papa
AD: Chalo achha hai. Mein change krke aata hu. Tum log dinner krlo
He patted her cheek smiling. She smiled back at him. He gave her the empty glass and went to change. Three of them had dinner. They watched tv for sometime and Anuneet went for studying. After sometime, Avu switched off the light.
Avu: Chal soja beta. Kal school bhi hai
Anu: Hnji di
They both laid down. Anu slept in few minutes but here Avu was not able to sleep. Sid's thoughts were roaming in her mind. Sid helping the old lady, coming to them and removing his helmet, Vaishreem's words. Everything was roaming in her mind. She tried sleeping but she couldn't. She got up and wrapped her shawl around her. She opened the door of balcony and stood outside. She was holding the railing. Cool and fresh air was blowing. She closed her eyes feeling the air. But as soon as he closed her eyes, same scene started playing in her mind once again. An unknown smile came on her face. Her hair were flying because of air and she was smiling lost in her thoughts under the beautiful starry sky. After sometime, she started feeling cold so she went inside closing the door. She removed her shawl.
Avu's P.O.V.
Definitely whatever I saw today clearly means he is not what I think from so long. But why am I even thinking about all this. Why do I even care how he is or what he does whole day. I don't like him because he insults me every day in class.
P.O.V. ends
She laid down on bed and don't when sleep took over her.
Next morning
Avu hugged Vaishreem.
Vaish: Aur kaisi hai?
Avu: Mein theek hu. Tum dono batao
Reem: Hum bhi mast
Vaish: To ab kya vichaar hai aapke Siddharth sir ke baare mein?
Avu: I don't know and let's not talk about him
Reem: Yrr tujhe agar abhi bhi wo ladka achha nhi laga na to trust tujhe zindagi mein na kbhi koi pasand aa hi nhi sakta
Vaish: Let it be Reem. Chhod. Chalo class ke lie late ho rahe ho
They went for their class. They attended first two lectures normally. Next was Sid's. Avu went in Sid's class without much tantrums today. Sid came after few minutes. Everyone greeted him. He started asking questions from last lecture. He asked some question from a boy.
Sid: Hnji aaj ke din jawab de doge
Boy: Sir nhi aata
Sid: Kyu class mein so rahe the? Class mein to beta tu kal aaya tha aur ye mujhe pata hai
Boy:...
Sid: Koi hnn ya na mein jawab dena hota hai. Kya lagta hai tum sabko? Ye park hai koi? Jaha aaye sair sapata kia. Girlfriend boyfriend ke saath ghoom lia. Chai coffee pee. Ladkia tadi chaar. Dosto ke saath chill kia aur ghar chale gaye. Islie to ghar wale paise nhi laga rahe na. Aur ye sirf tere lie nhi hai. Tum sab nalayeko ke lie hai. BA hai iska matlab ye nhi hai ki theek hai zaroorat hi nhi hai padne ki. Din raat padne ko nhi bol raha hu. Atleast jitna padaya utna to revise karo. Beth jaoo. Ab kya kar sakte hai
Boy: Sir kal pakka kar ke aaoonga
Sid: Dekhte hai. Betho
He took his lecture and left.
Vaish: Avu wo sirf tere saath gusse se baat nhi karta. He is strict with his work. Aur wo specifically tere saath nhi hai. Uske har student ke saath hai. Aur koi bura nhi manya teri tarah
Reem: Look at that boy. Usko bhi aaj daanta. But he is laughing and enjoying with his friends. Teri tarah muhh fulake nhi betha hai
Vaish: Aur agar tujhe apne teacher ki daant ka itna zyada bura lagta hai na to trust me problem usme nhi tujhme hai. Tera lecture free hai. Hum dono ka laga hai. So bye
Vaishreem left Avu with these thoughts. She picked her bag and went to library.
