AM was about to pick up letter but Anu came shouting.
Anu: Maaa
AM: Tu kab aayi? Aur kya hai? Kyu chilla rahi hai?
Anu: Bass abhi bus aayi aur mujhe bohot bhookh lagi hai ma. Kuch khane ko dedo please
AM: Achha achha de rahi hu. Wo dhobi aaya hai. Usko kapde dedoo. Fir deti hu khana
Anu: Aap chhodo wo sab. Mein de deti hu. Aur fir kapde change karke aayi. Aap tab tak khana banao. Chalo jaoo
She pushed AM out of the room.
AM: Arre ja rahi hu. Ja rahi hu. Apne aur Avu ke dhone wale kapde le aa
Anu: Hnn hnn meri maa la rahi hu
AM went to make chapatis for Anu while she gave the clothers to washerman and got fresh. When she was about to go out, her eyes felt on the letter fallen down. She picked it up and was about to read.
AM: (shout) Anu aaja ab. Itna tune shor machaya tha. Ab khana khale aakar
Anu: (shouts back) Aa rahi hu
AM: Agar khana thanda ho gya to mujhe matt bolna
Anu kept the letter on nightstand quickly and went down. AM and Anu had their lunch and the thought of letter slipper their mind.
With Avu
She went to library. Sid was waiting for her. He was really nervous for her answer. As much as he wanted to know her answer, he was also scared. He was unconsciously tapping the foot on ground.
Sid: (in mind) Itni tension kyu le raha hai Sid? Wo hnn hi karegi. Don't worry.
But agar na kar dia to
Nhi nhi wo hnn hi karegi. Mujhe ye sab negative baatein nhi sochni chahie. Avu mujhe hnn hi karegi
But fir bhi. She never said she love me till date. Like aur love mein to difference hota hi hai na
He was brought out of his thoughts by Avu.
Avu: Sir aap kidar khoe hue hai? Mein kitni der se dekh rahi hu
She asked innocently as if she didn't know the answer.
Sid: Umm wo kahi nhi
Avu: To theek hai. Chalo lecture start karte hai?
Sid: Konsa lecture?
He asked immediately.
Avu: Mujhe lagta hai aapko na itni si umar mein hi bhoolne ki bimari ho gayi hai sir. Economics. Aap hamare economics professor hai na? Right sir?
Sid: Nhi
Avu: Nhi?
Sid: Nhi matlab. Aesa kuch nhi hai. Mujhe sab yaad hai. Ki mein Economics professor hu tum logo ka
Avu: Hnn aur aap mujhe Economics ke hi extra lectures dete ho. To wo lecture start kare?
Sid: Avu tumhe kya hua kya hai aaj?
Avu: Kyu? Mujhe kya hoga sir?
Sid: Pehle to tum mujhe sir kyu bula rahi ho?
Avu: Ab gents teachers ko to sir hi bulate hai right? Ma'am to bulate nhi. To obvious si baat hai sir hi bulaungi na
Sid shooked his head.
Sid: Anyways maine tumse ek question poocha tha letter mein. To?
Avu: To?
Sid: To tumne kya socha uss baare mein?
Avu: Konsa question?
Sid: Avu tumhe pata to hai
Avu: Wo kya hai mujhe kisine kal bola tha ki mera result kharab nhi hona chahie and all bla bla bla. Aur mujhe letter bhi tabhi milega aage se agar mein lecture par dhyaan doongi. To sir ab lecture khatam hone ke baad hi iss baare mein koi baat karenge
Sid: Par....
Avu:(cuts him) Par war kuch nhi sir. Hum pehle teacher-student hai. Fir kuch aur. Aur mein apni studies ko lekar thoda compromise thoda kar sakti hu. Aur na hi aapke result ko lekar. Right?
Sid: Hmm. Right. Okk. Let's start
Avu: (in mind) Mujhe bohot satate ho na tum letters ke to mein kyu nhi sata sakti
She smirked mentally. Sid finished his lecture.
Sid: To aa gya samaj?
Avu: Hnn ye ek part mein problem hai
Sid: Konsa?
Avu pointed on one topic. Sid explained it again.
Sid: Ab aa gya?
He asked bit impatiently to which Avu controlled her chuckle with lots of difficulty. She nodded.
Sid: Aur koi doubt?
Avu: Nhi ho gya
Sid closed the books.
Sid: To?
Avu: To?
Sid: Ab to mera answer dedo
Avu: Konsa answer?
Sid: Avu please. I can't wait more
Avu: Agar mein kahoo ki kal maine tumhara letter hi nhi pada to?
Sid: Tab to koi faida hi nhi. Okk....then I am going for my class. Mein kyu time waste karoo yha beth kar
He was about to stand but Avu held his hand.
Avu: Mere saath bethna time waste lagta hai kya?
Sid just turned his face away. Avu took out the letter from Sid's book and took his hand and kept letter on it which she had written. He looked at the letter.
Avu: Ab apne boyfriend ke saath mazaak to kar hi sakti hu na mein. Tension matt lo. Gussa chhodo. Pada tha maine tumhara letter aur jawab bhi tabhi soch lia tha. Aur tumhara jawab iss letter mein hai. Ghar pe jaakar aaram se pad lena. Bye
She took her bag and left smiling. Sid was really eager to read her letter today but he suppressed his eagerness for sometime and left to take his class.
