Here in Avu's home, everyone was busy. They welcomed the baraat.
Anu: Ma jijju ka name to batado
AM: Vishal. Vishal Jethwa
Anu: Oh okk
A/n: I am taking Vishal Jethwa randomly as Avu's groom. You can imagine anyone you want.
They made Vishal sit in mandap. Pandit jii started chanting mantras.
Pandit: Ab vadhu ko bulayie
AM nodded with a smile. She went to Avu's room with Anu, Vaish and Reem following her. AM opened the door but it was empty.
AM: Avu. Avni
She called her out. She went towards washroom and knocked the door. Then she noticed washroom door was locked from outside.
Anu: Maa
She shouted.
AM: Kya hua?
Anu pointed towards Avu's lehanga kept on bed. AM quickly came there and picked up the bridal lehanga and looked at Anu will horror. Anu returned the same expressions.
Vaish: Ye to Avu ka lehanga hai
AM: Hey bhagwaan. Kaha gayi ye ladki. Ab kya hoga?
In hall
Pandit: Ye vadhu ko aane mein itna time kyu lag raha hai
AD: Pata nhi. Bass aa hi rahi hogi
They waited for few minutes.
VD: Vishal's father
VM: Vishal's mother
VD: Kya ho gya? Sab theek hai na?
AD: Hnn mein jakar dekhta hu
Meanwhile Anu searched every room of house but Avu was nowhere. She came back.
AM: Mili?
Anu shooked her head. AM sat on bed as tears rolled down her eyes.
Anu: Avu di....poore ghar mein kahi nhi hai
Vaish: Ab kya kare?
Reem: Hnn s...sab log neeche wait kar rahe honge aunty
AM started crying and sniffling. Anu kept a hand on her shoulder to calm her down. AD came there.
AD: Tum log itna time.....
He got quite seeing AM crying holding Avu's lehanga. Girls standing there with worried expressions.
AD: Kya ho raha ye sab? Avneet kaha hai?
No one spoke anything.
AD: Koi kuch bolega bhi? Kya ho raha hai yaha? Kaha hai Avneet?
Anu: Didi ghar mein nhi hai papa. Maine poora ghar dekh lia. Par mujhe kahi nhi mili
AD: Ghar mein hogi to milegi na. Kar dia uss dayan ne apna kaam kar dia
AM: Ab kya kare jii? Kya bolenge ladke walo ko?
AD: Unhe bata nhi sakte hum. Usse doondna padega
AD called Anuneet's cousins.
AD: Kahi se bhi isse doond kar laoo aur jaldi laoo
They all went to search for Avu. AD went in hall.
VD: Kya hua samdhi jii? Kaha hai ladki?
AD: Wo thoda tyaar hone mein time lag raha hai. Bass aa hi jaegi abhi. Wo kya hai na shaadi to zindagi mein ek hi baat hoti hai. Baar baar to ye din aata nhi to apne chaw uttar lene dijie
VD nodded. They waited for sometime. Now everyone was getting impatient.
Pandit: Muhrat ka samay beeta ja raha hai. Vadhu ko mandap mein bulayie
AD nodded and went away. He called their cousins.
AD: Mili?
: Nhi. Humne poora shahar dekh lia hai. Par wo kahi nhi mil rahi. Hum log to hat jagah dekh kar wapis ghar ke bahar aa gaye hai
AD: Uss Siddharth ke ghar mein bhi nhi thi?
: Waha bhi gaye par waha lock tha
AD cut the call and tried calling Sid but phone was switched off. Guests started leaving after a lots of wait.
Vaish: (whispered to Reem) Ab yahase nikal jana hi theek hoga
Reem nodded.
They went to AM.
Vaish: Aunty mumma wait kar rahe honge. Maine bola tha shaadi hote hi aa jaenge. To hum jae?
AM nodded. They bid bye to Anu who just nodded her head. They were about to leave.
AM: Ek second
Reem: Jii aunty?
AM: Tum log aaj Avu se milne aaye the na? Usne tumse kuch bola?
Vaish: Hnji aunty. Jab hum aaye to yahi thi. Lehanga daalkar tyaar bhi thi. Aur waise hi thi jaese roz hoti hai. Wahi sad si. Uske baad to hum neeche hi the. Kya hua hume kuch nhi pata
AM nodded.
AM: Theek hai tum log jaoo
Reem: Okk aunty
Vaishreem also left. Now AD was thinking what to say to Vishal and his parents. He asked VD to come inside to talk privately.
VD: Kya baat hai samdhi jii? Kya ho raha hai ye sab? Kaha hai aapki beti?
