Chapter 3: not so bad yourself

I swung around my room ecstatic at the fact that I had a date.
"I WANNA KNOW WHAT LOVE IS!!!" I sung as loud as I could
"Y/N!" I heard and ripped my Walkman off of my ears and looked at my door.
"Why are you so...happy?" Ben asked me as my family stood at my door.
"I'm not happy, just excited that I might have a lead into the secrets of the umbrella academy." I lied
"She has a date." Fei said. I grabbed my pillow and threw it at her but she moved out of the way.
"With who?!" Sloane exclaimed.
"With..mive." I said and Fei sighed
"Mive?" Jayme asked and I nodded
"Who the hell is Mive?" Alphonso asked
"She's talking about the small one from the umbrella academy." Fei said
"What?!" Ben said
"Before you get angry hear me out! I go on this date with that..dweeb. Get him drunk. Get him to confess his intentions and boom. We kill them." I said and Ben thought about it for a moment.
"Are you sure you don't have feelings for that physco?" Jayme asked and I nodded frantically.
"Feis bird is coming with me." I said and fei nodded
"Make sure she doesn't get pregnant." Fei said and walked off leaving me embarrassed.
"Okay! All of you! Leave!" Sloane said shoving them out. She locked the door
"If I don't tell them you like Five you won't tell them I like Luther?" She asked and my mouth dropped open.
"I don't like five! You like Luther?!" I said and she covered my mouth
"Yes.. now should we get you ready or what?" She asked and I nodded.

"I look like a strawberry." I said looking at my dress and red lipstick in the mirror.

"Yes, but a cute strawberry." Sloane said as she brushed my hair.
"What if he is using me? To get our secrets? Not that I like him—" I said and she stopped resting her chin on my head
"Then Marcus, Ben. Chris, Fei, Me, Jayme and Alphonso will kill his sorry ass." She said and I smiled
"You ever been on a date before?" She asked me and I shook my head
"Not after the accident, or before." I said and she nodded
"Well you look beautiful." She said and I smiled again.
"Shit I have to go." I said as I rushed to get my bag and hurried out the door.
"Good luck!" She yelled and I gave her a thumbs up back.

I arrived at the hotel just in time. I used my teleportation to make it most of the way. I pushed through the spinning door and looked around. I quickly spotted five sitting at the bar. He was talking with Diego, Luther and Klaus. I walked up to them and Klaus made a whistling noise.
Five looked nice. Clean even.
Feis crow let a short distance but she could still hear.
"Ooo la la." Klaus said as I walked up behind five.
He spun around and raised his eyebrows as he looked me up and down.
"Y/n you look hot!" Klaus yelled and I chuckled.
"Thank you Klaus, great adjective to use." I said sending him a smile before five stood up and stared at me. I looked into his eyes.
"Hi." I said nervously as his eyes took every inch of my being into consideration.
"You look different." He said and I rolled my eyes.
"Thanks." I said shoving my bag into his hands and walking to the bar.
"One vodka, on ice." I told the bartender and he made my drink. I gulped it down quickly as five walked slowly over to me.
"Different suits you." He said and I looked at him.
"Nice suit." I said looking at his navy suit and back at his eyes.
"So, what are we going to do?" I said and he met my eyes.
"I don't really mind, whatever you want." He said and I stole the bottle of vodka from behind the counter and grabbed his free hand that wasn't holding my bag.
"Let's go then." I said dragging him to the elevator.
We heard whistling and certain calls from his brothers as I pressed the buttons for floor 13.
"Um..I've never been on a date before." He said and I turned to him.
"58 years and the best you can pull is plastic? Guess I am an upgrade." I said as we reached the floor and I stepped out and held out my hand for him to take.
He tensed up as my fingers interlocked with his and I gave him the bottle of vodka. I took back my bag and let go of his hand so he could unlock the door and let us in. As soon as we were in I placed my coat on a chair and my bag on another and sat down on a couch. I looked out the window at Feis bird which was holding a note.
I walked over to the window to "close the curtains" but grabbed the note and closed them instead.
I read it 'there's no going back now, you have to flirt with him and go all the way.' I read and my eyes widened as I shoved the piece of paper down the side of the couch as I sat back down next to him.
"So—"
"Drink the whole bottle five, you'll need it for later." I said and he looked at me stunned
We sat in silence as we passed the bottle back and forth. Soon enough he was drunk but I had a high alcohol tolerance so, it didn't affect me.
"You know Y/n.." he said and I hummed.
"Your family sucks." He said and I nodded
"I know." I said and turned to him.
"I have a question." I said and he sat up straight.
"Go ahead." He slurred out
"What does your family really want with mine?" I said as I placed my hand on his thigh and he answered quickly and flustered.
"Well I kinda wanted to kill them, but you guys have our briefcase so.." he said as he slumped down again.
"What briefcase?" I asked
"The briefcase that brought us here. We need it back." He said and I nodded
"Five, baby, can you tell me why?" I asked and he looked up at me with a sheepish drunk grin.
"You'll have to kiss me to find out." He said and I looked worried before leaning in and kissing him gently. As the kiss got more heated he grabbed my hips and placed me on his lap. I didn't stop him. I was enjoying this.
I slipped of his jacket as he grinder slowly into me and I moaned softly which caused him to fully wake up and kiss my neck. He was quite skilled, surprisingly.
"Fuck y/n..." he groaned softly as we connected again.
Then we heard keys and I jumped off him.
"Woah!" Diego yelled covering his eyes as I grabbed my coat and bag.
"Y/n!" Klaus yelled as I walked out and I turned around.
"Your lipstick is gone all funny." He laughed and I wiped my lips to get rid of the red pigment.

Klaus' POV:
"Five!" I snapped in his face but he was drunk and out cold.
"I don't think red is his right shade." I said sarcastically to Diego as he went to get a cloth to wipe the lipstick off our brothers face.
