A choice- Darren & Ryan pt.1 (Drama)

Backstory: You and Darren have been dating for about 2 years and you are happily in love. But one night you had a dream about Ryan, the member you are closest to besides Darren. This makes you very confused since you are in a happy relationship but now another man is lingering in the back of your brain.

Current Time

Setting: Arcade

Me and all of the boys are Dave and Busters just having fun on their day off. I'm currently watching a Darren at the claw machine trying to win me a bear. "Almost there" he says Lazer focused on the game. He hits the button and the claw goes down and scoops up the fluffy stuffed animal. Once it drops into the box I jump up and down in joy as he hands it to me. "Here you go" says Darren as he hands me the bear grinning. "Thanks babe" I reply as I take it and smile. I lean in and kiss his cheek. He chuckles and pts his arm around my shoulders as we look around for everyone else. Regie and Oliver are racing on the motorcycles, Sebastian is at the basketball game, Justin and Kane are playing air hockey, and Ryan is playing a shooting game. We walk over a join Seb at basketball. "You're supposed to be the basketball member and yet you are missing every shot" I say jokingly to Seb as I watch him make 1 out of 10 shots. "" Shit up, it's not like your boy toy could do better" he says back amused. "Wanna bet?" Darren asks as he drops his hand from my shoulders and joins the game.

After a few minutes the game was over and Darren had won by a landslide. "I told you boy" Darren has a smug smirk and Seb just laughs and waves him off "Whatever man". While they converse over what game to play next I glance over at Ryan and see him playing another game by himself. So I walk over to him to see if he needs any company. "Hey Ryan" I say with a smile. "Sup Y/N" he says not taking his eyes off of his game. I watch him for a couple of seconds and he eventually loses. He finally looks up at me. "You looked like you could use some company" I admitted. "Thanks I guess" he flashes me his smile and looks away a little flustered. For some reason his smile did something to my heart.

I shake away those thoughts immediately coming back to my senses. Just then he looks back at me and glances down at the bear in my arms. "Darren won it for me" I explain. He just nods his head. "So do you want to play a game?" I ask to break the silence. " Sure" he says and grabs my arm and starts dragging me to the ghost blaster game. We get inside and sit on the seats. Ryan looks at me and smiles "You ready?" He asks as he starts the game. "No!' I say loudly. He knows I'm a scaredy cat but is still forcing me to play this game.

After the game was over I walked out of the booth traumatized while Ryan was toppling over in laughter. " There you are " I turn around to see Darren walking towards me "I couldn't find you and was started to get worried" he said grabbing my hand. "Sorry, I was just playing a game with Ryan" I reassure him. Just then everyone else comes over. "Hey guys we're hungry, y'all ready to go?" Oliver asks looking at me, Darren, and Ryan. "I am" I say looking at the other two as they nod in agreement.

~Time Skip~
Setting: Korean BBQ place

We are here at the Korean BBQ place relaxing and enjoying the rest of our day. Darren feeds me as we stare into each other's eyes. I swear I love this man. Just then Ryan walks over to us "Ugh, get a room". I just ignore him and roll my eyes. "You're just jealous" Darren tells him with a smirk. "Kind of" Ryan says under his breath barely audible but I heard him. "What? " asks Darren, "Oh nothing" Ryan responds. "I'm so tired" I say with a yawn. "You sleepy on the way over here" Darren says in an amused tone. "Food and Sleep are all I need" I tell him. "Hey! What about me?" Darren asks acting hurt. "Oh yeah I guess you too" I say jokingly "You too Ryan" I say trying to include him in the conversation. "Huh? Me?" He asks confused. "Yeah, you're a good friend" I tell him and I see some emotion flash on his face. It was gone just as fast as it came. It seemed like sadness or hurt. But why would he be hurt?

"It's so cold!" I turn to see Justin shivering while shouting. Then Ryan walks over to him and opens his coat to him "Here you big baby". Justin quickly cuddles into him. The whole scene makes me smile. I get pulled out if my thoughts as I feel someone's arms on my waste. I look up to see Darren back hugging me and I lean back into him. He smells so good and I feel safe in this moment. So why do I keep thinking about Ryan? " I love you baby" I hear Darren say. "I love you too" I say back with a smile.

~Time Skip~
Setting: NSB house

I open my eyes and feel something hard under my head. I realize that I am laying on Darren's chest in his bed. I check my phone and it's almost 2:30 am. I look up at Darren's beautiful sleeping face and smile. The last thing I remember was being in his car. I must have fell asleep and then he carried me in here. I laugh at the thought and get out of bed. I walk down stairs to the kitchen to get a glass of water. As I was filling up my glass I feel a presence behind me. I turn around and come face to face with Ryan. "Holy- Ryan you scared me" I whispered while grasping my chest. "Sorry I just came down to get water too" he explains.

After Ryan grabbed his glass and got water too we just sat there on the bar stools talking. I went to say sorry but suddenly if felt like something flew into my eye. "Ow oh my god" I say as I stand up and start rubbing my eye. "What happened?" Ryan asked me concerned as he cane closer. "There's something in my eye" I explain. "Stop rubbing, let me see" Ryan says as he takes my hands out of my eye. He then held my eyelid open with his fingers as blew into my eye. "Better?" He asks looking deep into my eyes. "Yeah, thanks" I say softly. Just then Ryan quickly leaned in and captured my lips in soft kiss. I quickly pushed him away and looked at him in shock. "Ryan" I start but I get cut off "I'm so sorry I don't know what came over me" he tries to explain himself but I'm so full of thoughts and emotions that I can't hear anything. "I have to go" I say blatantly and run out of the front door.
