The Same History

Chapter 2

I woke up and everything was spinning. Trying to look around where I am. I saw that I was lying in my bed and there was a glass of water with pills at dessert. I sat up and I used it. Then I saw a note saying, "When you're awake, come to the office right away!" I put this through four times and knew there would be more trouble. I got up and changed. But before I left, I made myself a braid.

I ran to the office, and when I stood outside the door, I knocked. I waited five minutes for a "Come in." came. As I walked in I saw Liam sitting in front of the boss. He only turned to me as I sat down. I looked at him questioningly and he looked at me apologizing. From then on I knew it really doesn't mean good why I should be here." Y/N." I looked up to the boss and looked at her neutrally. "The Red Room is currently unavailable, so I have to keep you here."Hale, you shouldn't"... She interrupted him and looked at him seriously. "Don't interrupt me. I'll decide what happens to her. He just nodded. "Well, since you didn't exactly master the mission as I told you to. You're gonna stay in your room until I know what to do with you. And don't worry Ruby will take over your other missions." She looked through her documents and continued. "It seems we should do another session with you so you can become Violet again and less Y/N. I don't need that." I suddenly got really scared and I didn't want a session. I'll do everything else, but no more meetings. "No, I'll listen and do what they say next time." I said panicked. But she said nothing more about it. "Now escort her to the room and then tell Mrs. Stone." I got up with Liam and we went to the room in silence. I couldn't believe it. I have to go through it again. The next two weeks I won't be me and I won't remember anything. Maybe fragments, if anything.

"She should be Violet for a few more days, so you can let her do the mission." said a female voice. "Do you really think she can control him?" another female voice? "So I don't think about controlling it the way we did. Words don't work with him anymore. But Liam gave me an interesting piece of information." I was confused myself what the woman meant. I tried to see who was talking. I knew the voices, but I couldn't remember who it was. Everything was buzzing in my head but at the same time it was so empty. Who was Liam and where was I? Oh, God, everything started spinning and then it was dark.
But after a few minutes of silence, I heard the voices again. "I'll try to wake them up and then we can let them do the mission."And we can control them without complications?" "Of course, Hale. She's gonna be Violet, not Y/N. You want me to do it with Ruby, too? With her, it's time again."No, she can wait. She doesn't screw up her missions."Y/N didn't do that either and they still wanted me to do it."Don't ask me and do your job." Then I heard only footsteps that went away. I felt a cold fluid inside me and even though it was unpleasant, I enjoyed it. Memories came back one by one and I was able to assign the voices as well as remember other situations. When I opened my eyes I saw blood a lot of blood. "You should take a shower right away. You did your missions superbly, as always. No witnesses and you don't know who did it." She laughed and typed something on the computer. I looked at my hands. They were dark red and it looked dry."How long has it been?" I asked and kept looking at my hands." Uh, ten days. Maybe eleven." she said coldly. "No, I mean"... my voice failed and I saw fragments of the mission. "Ah, your last mission. Why don't you say that now. You came back only last night. I think you ran here for two days." I saw the people and couldn't believe what I did. "Violet did a great job, so stop looking like that." I was still trying to remember exactly what was happening. But nothing but fragments I saw. "Don't worry Violet is gone for now. I made you new pills, they will be able to help you better so you don't feel it." I looked at her confused. "Don't feel what?" She turned away and got a tablet. "What am I supposed to do with it?" I asked irritably. She just held me up and said, "Maybe this will help you remember who you are." I looked at the tablet and watched a video of myself. I became invisible and then there was a wolf that was visible. First I thought how is that possible and then I knew. The wolf was me. I was the wolf. "I see you remember. Well, then I can tell you about your next mission. Glad you'll get out of here for a longer time." She smiled and then started to tell.

I was on my way to Brooklyn. I had a mission that only I can do. That's how they explained it to me. I need to get the Avengers' trust and then... "So Y/N, what do you say?" I looked aside and saw Liam waiting for me to give him an answer. What was he talking about? "You didn't listen to me, did you? No wonder Hale prefers Violet over you."Hey!" I said angrily. "Better be careful what you say." He just laughed. "There she is again Violet coming through." I was just exhaling annoyed. Everyone wants only Violet and never me. Only the one who carries out the orders and kills is important. "You have to get out of here. Do you know where to go?" he asked. Like I'm forgetting. I just nodded and got out. I had nothing but a letter with me. Which was completely made up and did not correspond to the truth. That's what I was told. I ran to the address and found her walking around after an hour. I snuck in with a man. Invisible, of course, and finally found my destination. I stopped outside the door and heard if anyone was there. But no one was there, complete silence. I sat down on the stairs after a while and waited for the person to come.
It was already dark outside when I heard the door downstairs. This wasn't the first time the door opened and I thought the person was finally coming. But this time I had the feeling it's the person. I made myself invisible and saw if she could come up here. The person really came up here and tapped on his phone. The person stood in front of the door, where I was going. "Bucky?" I asked gently and became visible. He paused in his movement and turned around slowly. When he saw me, he looked confused and serious at the same time. None of us said anything, we just stared at each other. But I began to speak."I know you don't know me and I don't know you, but I didn't know where to go." I looked down and tried to cry. "You're with the Avengers, right? I escaped from Hydra. I had help on my own. I could never have done it. But they died, because they had discovered us and"... I couldn't go any further, because I started to cry. Of course, it was all a lie, but it was supposed to look real. Apparently it did, because he started talking to me."Hey, you're safe now, okay?" He came towards me. "No, they'll find me and... I don't want to go back there. You... I... I couldn't get any further because I collapsed. Of course, that was just an act. He tried to calm me down and said he knows what it's like with Hydra. He also took me to his apartment and sat down with me on his couch. But he wouldn't let me out of his sight for a second. I still cried and said, "They will find me no matter where I am." I started shaking and he gave me a blanket. "It's going to be all right. You don't have to be afraid they'll find you." He got up and stopped in the door frame so he could still see me. Then dialed a number and kept it to himself. "Steve, I think it's over with the search." he said softly. I shouldn't have heard that, but he doesn't know I can hear any more than that. "No, because I know where she is." I tried not to look up, but to look at the ground. There was a moment of silence before he said, "She's with me."
