The Mikaelson Twins Return

Monster Galore

After they all went down for naptime I said "Where did you tell Landon?" she said "The safe." we headed over to wait for the creature. Sure enough, it showed up, it ripped the door off to find it empty. Hope said "Did I tell Landon the wrong hiding place for the urn? Oops." we started to fight the thing and ended up in the gym with the others. Raf said, "Pretty much like that." I said "Stay back, guys, we got this." we jumped on it but it started choking Hope so I was trying to pull it off her when Ric came in and tossed us each an arrow "Girls! Eyes!" we caught one and stabbed it in the eyes and it disintegrated.  She stood up and held her hand out for me, so I grabbed her hand standing as well. Kaleb said "Landon was right. Sexy as hell." I headed up to lie in bed, Hope came in and grabbed the urn from under her pillow "Coming?" I said "Nah, you go." she nodded and left the room. 

We were again in his stupid office, Hope said "You sure it glowed again?" he said "I sleep with the damn thing under my pillow... It's hard to miss." she said "What do you think it's gonna be this time? Hmm? Cyclops? Slender Man?" I said "Santa?" he chuckled "Well, given our luck, I think it's safe to rule out Ol' Saint Nick." Hope said "I don't know. I mean she's right, Santa Claus is kind of terrifying when you think about it. Breaks into your home." I said, "He sees you when you're sleeping." Hope said "Not to mention, judge-y." he said "Girls, I need you to focus." she said "Look, I'm trying. I just wish that Satan's nightlight would give us some rest." he said "Yeah. And I wish that knife was never in our school, to begin with, but it's not like we can change that now. All we can do is make sure we're not blindsided by another monster waltzing through our doors." the twins walked in so Hope said "Too late." he said "Oh, God. Uh, girls. What are you doing here? You're not supposed to get in until tonight." Lizzie said "Mom was able to get us direct into Dulles. Then faxed, texted, and e-mailed you our revised itinerary." 

He said "I am so sorry. It's-it's chaos around here." Josie said "It's okay, Dad. We know that you're overwhelmed. But Europe was amazing. And seeing Mom was really good." Lizzie said "Jo's covered the bright side. Far less sunny was waiting for you in the chilly dark of morning at the terminal and you not showing up." I said, "In his defense, um, we've been in crisis mode around here." Lizzie said "Oh, we've heard all about it. Hope got bamboozled by one of the monsters and now only two keys separate the entire supernatural community from being consumed by a hell portal. I'm guessing that weird little vase is one of them?" Hope said, "It's an urn, actually." Lizzie said "I don't care what it is. I care that instead of being welcomed at the airport, we were forced to take a three-hour shuttle ride that smelled like an open sewer. And feet. Thanks a lot, Hope. Way to ruin life for the rest of us."

(Lizzie's 1st Wish)

I was sitting on the bar as Hope was draining a body, and I heard a girl say "Gross. You have got to be kidding me." I said "Who the hell are you?" the blonde girl said "Uh-uh. Time out, Genie." Hope said "My name is Hope and this is Ember. And you need to leave unless you want to be dessert." the man said "Wait. Hope and Emberlyn Mikaelson? I knew your parents. I know where all this darkness you're feeling comes from. If you just talk to me, I... really think I could help." we looked at each other so I shrugged and we went with them to a giant school, he took us to a platform and handed us sticks so we could duel. He said "You and your sister belong here, Hope. This could be your home. The family you lost." I said, "We can't stay." Hope explained "We've done so many awful things." he said "That's because no one was there to guide you. I don't blame you, girls. I should have found you sooner."

(Lizzie's 2nd Wish)

We along with Jed, Kaleb, and Pedro arrived at Mystic Falls High, Hope said "Looks like you guys could use some help." a blonde girl said "Uh-uh. No, we are all good." Alaric Saltzman said "That "M." Mikaelson. Like the boarding school?" Hope said "Kaleb, compel the students to forget what they've seen." he said, "On it." I looked back at Jed and said "Jed, establish a perimeter. Lock the place down." he said, "Copy." Hope said "Pedro. Call in the chopper." Pedro said "Green light, Maverick." the blonde said "Uh, I-I said that we're good. Okay? Josie and I do not want to be superheroes." Josie said "Yeah. Speak for yourself." I said "We're not here for you. We're here for him." the blonde said "Son of a bitch." we took them to the school and Hope said "Make yourselves at home. This place, it's like a..." Alaric said, "Dream come true." Hope said "Perhaps you've heard my father has had a checkered past. But when he had us, things changed. There wasn't a school he could send someone like us to, so he built this one. And as you can see, it's been quite a success. So much so that he's currently overseas establishing our European branch, which is why we're in need of a new headmaster." Lizzie said, "I think I'm gonna be sick." I said "Sorry if the chopper ride was too bumpy. The bathroom's down the hall." she said "I know where it is."

(Reality)

We set a trap for the next monster, and in the middle of the night, the alarm went off. Doran, Ric, Hope, And I met in the foyer. Hope said "Sounds like the trap worked." we headed into the woods. As we walked Hope said, "I know this is important, but you couldn't have put pants on first?" Ric said "Little early for snark, Hope." Dorian said "Any guesses on what famous monster from filmland we get to slay today?" Ric scoffed "With our luck, it'll be Cthulhu." but we didn't see a monster, we saw a white horse. Dorian said "False alarm. It's just a horse. Must've gotten out of the stables and wandered across the barrier spell." Hope said "Except we don't have a white horse." it turned and I gasped "Unicorn!" Hope and I jumped in front of the boys who brandished their weapons we said "Hey, wait, wait." Hope said, "Hold your fire." Dorian said "It's a monster, girls. It's here to take the artifact." I said, "You're not seriously suggesting we kill a unicorn?" Dorian said, "I'm suggesting we don't give it a pass because it's cute." Hope said "Can't we just... leave it alone? It's trapped, it's not going anywhere. It's harmless." Ric said "Hope's right. As long as we keep it alive, other creatures won't be coming for the urn. So we just stay alert and let it be." Dorian said, "All right, well, I'll be on alert back in bed." I quickly rushed to the pretty unicorn as Hope said "I'll keep an eye on her." Ric said, "What is she doing?" Hope said, "She has always wished unicorns could be real since we were little girls." 

The second we woke up I knew something was wrong, Hope was so not herself, I sat up and she hugged me "Morning sissy." I said "Sissy? Whats wrong with you?" she said, "Im happy." I said "I can see that. Why?" she said, "Can't I just be happy?" I said, "No, you're a Mikaelson we are destined to be miserable and alone." I got dressed and tried to ditch her but she wrapped her arm around mine and followed me she said "Morning, handsome... Handsomes. Mmm. Sweet, sweet carbs." Landon said "Somebody's in a really good mood." she said "Hmm. Just woke up on the right side of the bed, I guess." Landon said "For the first time ever?" then she giggled. Hope Andrea Mikaelson doesn't giggle, she mopes. she said "You're so funny. I love that about you." I said, "We've been awake for 30 minutes and I already want to kill her." The Saltzman Twins walked up and Lizzie said "Good morning, Rafael." he said "Hi. Uh, how was your-your trip?" Josie said "Excellent. Thank you. And welcome back, Landon." Landon said, "Didn't you vote me out?" Lizzie said "That's all in the past. Now, is everyone as excited as I am about tonight?" Landon said, "What's happening tonight?" I said "The school's annual talent show. All the factions compete." 

Hope said, "You know, the witch performance wouldn't be the same without you two." Josie said, "Thank you." Ric's voice came through the intercom "If I could have your attention. Last night we were able to capture a monster here on the grounds. We have everything under control. But given this potential danger, it is with a heavy heart that I must postpone the talent show. Hopefully, we'll be able to reschedule this... unique event... at a later date. A much, much later date." Hope said "Kind of overkill if you ask me. Ember and I told your dad that a unicorn barely counts as a monster." that made the twins walk away. About 10 minutes later Lizzie's voice came over the intercom "Good news, friends. The talent show is going on as previously scheduled." I was at the smoothie bar when Josie grabbed my arm "Have you seen your sister?" I said "Uh no, I'm avoiding her. She is scaring me." Josie said, "So you noticed she was weird?" I said "Everyone noticed she is weird, it must be this monster thing, but whatever it is, needs to stop. I want my sister back." she said "Let's figure that out, 'cause it's freaking me out."
