The one that abandoned her and yet Val is still obsessed with her and Xavier is shutting his mouth

This hurts more then when my family gave me to Xavier because of a contract

I know Val isn't my daughter but it feels like she is

"Daddy and mommy are getting married right?" She asked Xavier and the lady "No Val we are not" Xavier said "Oh well why not?" The girl asked Xavier "Well here's a couple of reasons one I don't like you two you abandoned Valentina and three I'm marrying Lauren" he said the last part while pointing towards me

Vals jaw dropped "m-married?" Val stuttered while she asked she looked at me "Yes remember that day at the restaurant when I took Laurens hand and put a ring on her finger?" Xavier asked Val and she nodded "That means your going to get married" he said and Val looked down "So do I have to call her mommy?" Val asked looking at the floor "No sweetheart you can call me Lauren or whatever you want" I said. I really Don't  want her to be uncomfortable around me

"This is ridiculous I'm Valentinas real mom you have no right to steal Xavier from me!" The lady yelled "Listen Frieda what happened between us was a once in a life time thing alright nothing else and then Val popped up but you ran away after Val was born so don't come back saying you love her because you clearly don't!" Xavier burst

"You left...." Val said to Frieda "Look, what did you expect you were crying to much and by the way you were a very ugly baby" she said harshly and that was it

I came up to her and gave her a hard smack on the face and it probably left a mark

Her eyes grew wide "Did you just hit me" she said very angry"Yes I did and talk about my kid like that one more time I dare you!" I yelled and she looked down "Let's go! Come on! Weren't you so confident about what you said a minute ago?!" I yelled at her again when I say nobody speaks about Val like that I mean it even if it's her own mom and she doesn't even deserve to call herself that!

"Lauren I'm so sorry!" Val yelled while crying and hugging me, she really meant it "It's okay Val you didn't mean it you just wanted to know your mom" I said comforting her "Please don't go" Val whispered "I won't, I'm not going anywhere"I said hugging her

"Promise?" She asks "Promise" I said And hugged her tightly and Frieda said "Ugh I'm leaving!" And stormed off

She called Val her kid 

Why would she though?

"Val come let's go" Lauren said while putting Val in the car and then she got in herself

We drove home and then Val and Lauren just walked off

So we're ignoring each other's presents know

It was very late so Val went to bed and Lauren washed some cherries and sat down on the couch and started eating

"Can I have?" I asked her but she didn't respond so I put my hand out to get some but she smacked it away and I smirked

So she wanted to play?
