Alina was kept away from Tyrion. Tywin worried she would set him free.

'you are a fool. I had it covered.' Jaime began but Tyrion shook his head.

'no father was never going to, cercei was never going to let me live. You know that.' Tyrion said sitting in his cell once again.

'I could have convinced them...'

'no you couldn't have...' he told Jaime and then Bronn came in but both men said they couldn't defend him.

'you are not dying.' Jaime told him.

'you will stand for me?'

'no but...'

'so you know who cercei is choosing? Her champion?'

'Ser gregor.' Jaime said simply.

'wonderful. Its not like he is the most feared beast in all westeros. Not even the hound could take on the mountain... fuck.'

'Catalina could.' Jaime remarked.

Alina snuck into the cells despite tywin putting a guard on her to keep her away from Tyrion. She couldn't let him die, she would be his champion but Tywin would never allow it, Cersei would never allow it.

Frosty?' Tyrion questioned. 'what are you-'

'SHHHH, I'm not supposed to be here.' Alina told him handing over some bread and a bottle of wine.

'you are a God send Kat.' He said taking a long sip.

'I will be your champion.' She told him. And he looked up from his bottle at into her piercing blue eyes.

'No.' he said simply.

'I can kill any man they put in front of me. let me do this for you. Don't doubt my awesomeness!' alina told him examining the cell, she could freeze it but then she would have to be on the run as well, she would rather do this the right way and stay in Tywins good graces. Despite his piss poor behavior to his children he did love Alina, he raised her and kept her safe, she wasn't too happy with him at the moment but she didn't want him to end up dead going against her. things were better then everyone was getting along.

'No.' He shook his head putting the bottle down, he reached through the cell and grabbed her hands.

''I will win you your freedom Tyrion.' Alina told him but he shook his head. 'such little faith in me, Tyrion.' She said slightly insulted that he would shut this idea down so quickly.

'for starters my father would never allow it and secondly... the man... the monster my sister has chosen...'

'I'm magic.' She told him but Tyrion shook his head. She held out her hand a blade being forged as she spoke. 'I can handle a mere man.'

'Father would never allow it anyways. You would win and that's why no one would allow it, Frosty.; Tyrion reminded her.

'I love you tyrion. I don't want you die. You didn't kill the king. You shouldn't be punished for this!'

'I love you too.' Tyrion said and now he wanted to cry. The clank of guards boots came down into the dungeons pulling alina away from the cell. 'Go.' He told her simply and she left, tears in her eyes for she knew he was right. He was going to die and unless she wanted to start another war for him, she couldn't do anything.
