'Dragon glass?' dani questioned

'Obsidian... Jon said you have an abundant amount here' Tyrion told her

'Why are we talking glass when our enemies-' dani took a breath. 'What does the king of the north want with dragon glass?'

'Apparently can you turn into a weapon to kill white walkers stop them destroy them I'm not entirely sure...'

'And what do you think about this army of the dead and white walkers and night kings?'

'I'd very much like to believe Jon sow is wrong but a wise man one said you should not turn away new ideas because you don't want to believe it' Tyrion told her

'Which Wiseman said this?' Dani asked.

'I.... don't remember' Tyrion lied

'Are you trying to present your own statement as ancient wisdom?' dani asked

'I would never do that... to you.' Tyrion said offering a smile. 'The reason I believe Jon is because he is here. His advisers told him not to come, Frosty begged him not to, if I was his advisor I would've told him not to come, you don't have to believe him but let him mine the dragon glass. you didn't know it was here it is worthless to you, give him some thing by giving him nothing take a step towards a more productive relationship with a possible ally... refocus on the task at hand Castlerly rock.'

'What was that ser davvos said about taking a knife in the heart for his people?' dani questioned

'It's dreary in the north.' Tyrion hoped this was the first step in the right direction for alina and him.

'Have you heard of the psychotic woman with white hair? Freezes men cocks right off?' Thoros questioned

'Catalina Frost.' Sandor replied perking up.

'You know her?'

'Yes.' Sandor told him sternly. 'I know her well.'

'Of course you do. Course he does, a fucker like him.' Thoros laughed.

*********

'Working with the enemy like a damn sociopath! Hes a fucking sociopath jon!' alina declared.

'he is trying to help, he is trying to convince danaerys to let us mine for dragon glass.' Jon reminded her.

'I'm fucking boiling here too!" Alina shouted.

'Perhaps they have a lower level, something to block the heat?' jon suggested.

'good idea...' alina muttered heading inside her wet feet from the water leaving little frosty footprints in her wake.

'Dungeons... we have a winner.' Alina walked confidently down the stairs but then she saw it. Dragons. Two of them. Eyes starring at her hungrily. They puffed smoke at her and she tripped backwards falling on the stairs. 'Seven hells.' She muttered putting up an ice wall in front of her as the dragons blazed fire upon her. Tyrion heard shouts from above and moved quickly seeing alina and the dragons in a war of ice and fire. They kept blasting, blazing fire at her, she kept putting up new shields trying to get father back. She wasn't prepared, she wasn't ready... they caught her off guard. She wasn't about to die for her ignorance.

'wow' Tyrion looked over at the beasts,

'Go away Tyrion!' alian screamed, exhausted as the dragons stopped, they stared at her with hunger, as if they knew she was the enemy. Tyrion slowly moved closer when one opened its mouth and fire started to erupt from its throat.

'I'm friends with your mother' he said cautiously moving forward again ''I'm here to help. Don't eat the help. ' They growled at him.

'Tyrion?' alina questioned confused as he got closer to the dragons.

'When I saw a child an uncle asked what gift I would want for my name day I begged him for one of you . it wouldn't even have to be a big dragon I told him it could be little like me.' Tyrion put down his torch. 'Everyone laughed like it was the funniest thing they had ever heard. And my father told me the last dragon had died a century ago. I cried myself to sleep that night.' He reached out and touched the dragon 'but here you are...' carefully Tyrion pulled the chains free from the dragons necks the chains snapped to the ground with such a thundering slam, they dragons glared at Alina a moment before Tyrion made his way back to her keeping an eye on the dragons at all times. They flew over Alina's head and out into the open air, could finally breath. She slumped against the stairs, a sob caught in her throat. Tyrion kissed her hand as he guided her up the stairs.

'thank you' alina whispered. But once in the light she ran away from Tyrion leaving him feeling useless and heartbroken all over again. Alina ran to find jon.
