Should she say no? she should say no. walk away and turn away but she sat took it in and let it all unfold. She couldn't do this. Couldn't be this person that Tom had become. Her eyes drifted to Severus, he was watching her.

Severus. She saw the pain and destruction tom was causing out if grief after losing her but she never wanted the world to burn. After waking up and spending time with severus she knew that the tom she once loved was gone replaced with this monster they now called the dark lord. Voldemort. She looked to severus and saw goodness and light. What she had always seen when she saw him. Kindness and compassion. He helped her and comforted her. He loved her even after all this time and after spending so much time with him she thought she may just love him too. She was choosing light. She was choosing severus.

'Tom.' she sobbed 'what you have done in my name is horrible. Terrifying.' She told him tears running down her face. 'I loved you. I wanted to spend my life with you but the tom i knew and loved died many years ago. It is not just that i don't recognize your face. I dont recognize your heart anymore Tom.'

'Lula please' Voldemort said taking towards her but she stepped back.

'Tom we cants go back and we cant stay here.' Lula told him.

'you are right we cannot go back,' tom agreed 'but you and me are right where we belong. Together again. Lula breath hitched in her throat.

'Im sorry. I truly am but i cant go down this path of darkness with you.' Lula told him.

'After everything they did to you!' He screamed
