'Is something wrong with draco?' lula questioned severus after seeing draco lurking in the halls.

'Yes... no.... I don't know. Lula do you want me to tell you whats go?' severus questioned.

'do I want to know whats going?' she countered.

'I don't know... maybe.' He admitted.

'tell me. tell me then, whats going on?' lula coed as he pulled her down to the couch with him. She curled her legs up as leaned into him. 'Tell me Sevy.' She coed in his ear. He wrapped an arm around her.

'Draco was initiated...' severus told her slowly.

'he is a... a death eater?' lula questioned carefully.

'yes. Lucius and Narcissa....' severus let out a deep sigh. 'I'm sorry. It was only a matter of time.' Severus reminded her.

'how are they?' lula questioned.

'Lucius?' severus asked.

'yes, how is my brother?' lula clarified.

'he is... well... hes... not the greatest to be honest.' Severus admitted.

'No?' lula questioned.

'he does as Voldemort asks. He does whatever he asks. But I think he is starting to see that it is not good. What Voldemort is doing.' Severus told her. 'but I fear he does not have the stomach or the spine to stand up for himself. He fears for his family.' Severus informed her.

'I left.' She reminded him.

'voldemort doesn't love Lucius like he loves you.' Severus reminded her pulling her closer.

'You think hes going to kill me? when this is over?' lula quesitoned softly.

'I wont let that happen.' Severus assured her.

'but do you think that is part of his endgame now?' lula pushed.

'I suppose.' Severus agreed. 'but I wont let him hurt you.' Severus repeated.

'I don't need protection. Not from him. I can take him.' Lula told him.

'no you cant.' Severus told her, turning her in his arms so she was looking at him. 'lula please. He is dangerous. I don't want you going up against him. I fear what he will do.'

'someone needs to put a stop to this.' Lula reminded him. 'before more people get hurt. Before more people die!' lula exclaimed.

'I agree. But we need to be smart about this.'

'I don't want draco to be in this mess. He is still a child. He doesn't know any better. He is just following along to save his own ass.' Lula informed him.

'I know. Same as Lucius. I think he thinks that if you come back... he would rather you have him there then have a dead brother.' Severus offered.

'I don't want tom killing my family. I don't want them living in fear their whole lives.' Lula told him.
