"Started off right
I can see it in your eyes
I can tell that you're wanting more
What's been on your mind?
There's no reason we should hide
Tell me somethin' I ain't heard before"~*~
I paused hesitantly in front of the store that Khun Vegas had just entered. I looked at a large sign with the name of an expensive brand and sighed heavily. From the morning I followed him, hoping to quickly see something that would free me from assigned task, sadly this man didn't make it any easier. I became his shadow, going after him step by step, but all I saw was him feed the homeless cat that had hidden in the alley near his property, then he helped the old woman with her purchases and I've began to wonder why they all call Vegas a monster. After all, he was so polite, at least when no one in the Major Family was watching. And he was amazingly handsome. A silk black shirt with buttons open at the top and black denim pants made most of the men and women turn as Vegas passed. I, myself, wanted to walk past him just so I could turn around like them but I mostly stared at his broad back and shapely buttocks. Every part of that man was too sinful to be real.
I timidly walked into the store and looked for a familiar dark hair, but I couldn't see it anywhere.
"Khun Vegas, where are you hiding?" I muttered as I went deeper, and when I turned left, I heard a familiar voice behind me.
"Pete, how nice to see you" a strong hand fell on my shoulder, and I jumped in fear, turning immediately to him.
"Khu... Khun Vegas!" I shouted, quickly folding my hands in polite greeting.
My skin was burning where he was still touching. I wanted to step back, run out of this place, jump on the boat and hide in my family home, but I also wanted to move closer, let his long fingers drop lower on my body, brush my...
I shook head violently while trying to throw away naughty thoughts. Khun Vegas was watching me the whole time and I had the feeling he was secretly laughing at my silliness.
"What are you doing here, Pete?" his low voice made me feel strange things in my tummy and with panicked eyes which I was throwing right and left, I tried to quickly find some excuse. "Maybe you're following me, huh?"
"HAHAHAHA" I laughed artificially, showing him my most innocent smile and shaking my head until it felt like it was going to come off. "Khun Vegas is so funny! I just wanted to buy a few clothes!"
I immediately grabbed the first coat hanger, pretending it was what I had come for.
"Yes, that's what I need" I said, and Vegas's mouth began to rise.
"I didn't think you liked things like that, Pete" he said, and then he moved closer to me until I was breathless. "Every day you surprise me more and more."
I didn't understand what he was talking about, and only when I looked at what I had taken from the shelf it all became clear. Bloody-red men's thongs dangled from the hanger I held with all my strength. My face immediately took on the same colors as this underwear, and I wanted to collapse into the ground.
"I... No... I mean... It's... I..." I stammered, and Vegas grabbed my arm and led me to the cash register.
"It's nothing to be ashamed of" he assured me, and I could hear a honest laugh in his voice. What an embarrassing situation! "Personally, I think you will look in them very... tempting."
We stood together in front of the saleswoman and I, still embarrassed, handed the cloth to her with a trembling hand. She stared curiously at us, and Vegas flashed her a grin, squeezing my shoulder as if he knew I wanted to run from this place. She then quickly scanned the product and gave me the price, and my eyes widened in amazement. How much?! For something like that?! What is this store.
