After you both woke up from your mini-nap, you dug into the watermelon. You didn't have a knife to cut it with, so you had to use violin chords to sharply cut into the juicy fruit.

"You've seriously never had watermelon?!" You asked Hunter with amazement. He shook his head laughing.

"Well hey! You've never seen Amphibia!" He retorted.

"I told you, I've seen bits and pieces!"

He smirked at you. "Oh yeah? Like what." He challenged.

"Okay, well, I know that it's about a girl named Anne, and she's got this little frog-dude-friend-guy, and his dad Hop Pop. I know that Anne is Thai, because I saw a representation post on Penstagram, and that's about it!" You took pride in what you know, yet Hunter's jaw was basically on the floor.

"YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING! AND FROG-DUDE-FRIEND-GUY?! COME ON!" He was in shock, and you were just giggling your butt off.

"Listen, when we leave the knee, I'll binge it on my crystal ball. Deal?" You put your hand out to shake his, just like the night before when you two "met".

This time, he gladly shook it, and then continued to rant about some show called Star vs The Forces of Evil. You had no idea what he was saying, but you liked the way he was saying it.

"And don't get me started on Jackie! She's just so annoying, all the time! I don't get it?!" It was pretty late in the day by now, and you were just listening to blondie complain about TV Shows.

He finally took a break after explaining the entire plot of Big City Greens(which for a show with such little storyline, it still took him 45 minutes!).

"So, Golden Guard, what are you gonna do once we're able to leave?" You asked him curiously.

"Oh.. I guess go back to the castle." He said blatantly.

"No way! I'm not letting you go back there. Come live with us at The Owl House!" You suggested enthusiastically.

He shook his head with a frown. "I can't, Belos will find me, and punish me for running away." You both cringed a little at the word punished.

"However, there is a place we could go where he would never find me!" He said, sitting up in realization.

"Spill, Goldilocks." You said jokingly.

"Uncle Belos and I have been working on making a new portal door, but it's hidden in The Head. I've only seen it twice, but I know that he's got it up and running, so we could go to the human realm behind his back!" Though you loved the plan, there were some faults.

"That's great! But, how would we sneak in? We're on The Knee right now, which is basically the other half of the Titan! Also, what about Luz? She's been trying to see her mom again, and I don't wanna take that opportunity for myself. Plus, I love The Boiling Isles! I have friends here!... kinda.."

Hunter took these ideas and seemed to jumble them around in his head like dice. "You can use an illusion to make us invisible! We just have to make sure to be quiet." He added.

"And as for the Luz thing... we could take everybody from The Owl House! I don't think it's a one way ticket, so you can come back to visit whenever you want! Boom, problems solved." You laughed and agreed with his idea.

"Then it's settled. I get Jax to fly, and then fly us to The Owl House, pickup Eda, Lilith, Hooty, King and Luz, explain what we're doing on the way to The Head, and then do it! You're smart, Mr. Guard." You said with confidence.

"As of right now, we need to get a better shelter." Hunter said randomly. You nodded your head in agreement, and started to look around for some kind of material.

"There's some brush over here! Maybe we can get some sticks and make some sort of tent?" You suggested, motioning for Hunter to come to where you were.

"Yeah! I'll start looking for fallen branches." He confirmed.

You used magic to pull the brush out of the ground, and then carried it back to the tree that you were just sitting by. While you did this, Hunter was running around, gathering branches and sticks of all sizes.

He took them over to you and places them down next to the brush. You both stood there, expecting the other person to say something. Finally, Hunter spoke.

"Now what?" He asked, studying the snow-covered leaves.

"Now.." You thought carefully about the best way to build a successful tent. "We set the branches in like.. a triangle shape..?" You shrugged your shoulders helplessly.

"You have no idea how to build a tent, do you." Hunter put one of his hands on his hip, and continued to look over the greenery. "Here, let me try something." He walked towards the branch pile and began to set them up against each other.

"Do you have anything to tie them together with?" He looked towards you, one hand holding the branches together. You searched your bag, and found a few hair ties that might help. You gave him a small handful, and he smiled with appreciation.

He ripped each one in half, taking away their circular form. He carefully wrapped one around each set of branches, until he had made a pretty decent sized outline of a tent!

You picked up on the idea, and started grabbing the brush and laying it out on top of the sticks. After maybe 5 minutes, you had successfully made a tent! And a big one at that.

This could fit at least 4 people standing up! You fell backwards into the snow laying under the tent, but it hurt a little more than you'd expected. "Ow! My head!" You sat back up immediately and held the back of your head.

Hunter's eyes widened in worry, and ran forward to you. "Are you alright? Did you hit a rock or something?" He asked frantically, looking at the back of your head and digging through your hair to look for a bump.

"Hunter, I'm okay. I can do healing magic, remember?" You chuckled a little, and quickly started healing the back of your head. It didn't actually hurt that bad, and it was getting better every second, even before you started using magic.

But you appreciated the boy's worry, and so just to make him feel better, you healed yourself as he watched.
