"i'm excited to be celebrating our first halloween!" vic cheered.
"i know! we get to wear crazy costumes and do scary things. it's like this day was made for us." eva smiled.

"hi guys!" i greeted, taking a seat on the couch.
"hi, cherry." eva said.
"hello." vic said, and turned back to his wife. "where's your mother?"
"i had jake put her downstairs." eva cleared up.
"too bad he couldn't put her further underground."
i stifled a laugh, and the door to the kitchen burst open.
"flashform!" colby announced.
i blinked.
"what is that?" vic questioned.
"okay, look. since i didn't get my power or my suit until after we moved to texas, i can wear it as my halloween costume! and no one will know i'm a villain." colby explained.
