"Say , that restaurant was pretty good"

"Yeah, it was better than I thought"

You both sink into the comfortable silence in the car, the music in the background, with some old 30s song on the radio. Enjoying each other's presence like this without talking really made you feel special in a way with Johnny, showing how peaceful it can be without opening your mouth.

But then, after the old song changed on the radio, the song that was playing in the background when you where with Michael in the car. Your face and body tensed up as the song got louder, "this song is nice too" Johnny turned the volume up, you in the passenger seat  giving out a slight 'mhm' Johnny glanced at you with your answer "you okay?"

"Huh?" Oh! Yeah of course" fortunately you got interrupted by Johnny and chuckled nervously when you told him you where okay. "Just dozed off for a little" he looked at you once more and looked back to the road with a slight smirk on his face. "You still want that ice cream?" God, you completely forgot about where y'all where even going. "Oh we don't have to go if you want?"

Johnny then looked over at you with a surprised look on his face "Donna, is the ice cream finally biting you in the ass?" He then said with a playful smile.
You then chuckle at his sly comment and reply back
"I was just wondering if you still wanted ice cream" you gently smacked his chest with the back of your hand, and got the chance to change the radio from that god awful song, now switching the subject.
"Do you know what flavor you want?"
"Hmmm...we'll I thought there was only three flavors"  he quickly replied back with a shy voice.
"What! Your kidding. There's tons of flavors, well at this ice cream shop we're going to anyways" you smile
"Oh...well I guess you'll have to pick out a flavor for me then hm?" he smiled back
You both then silently chuckle to each other.

GOD, you missed this so much, times like this with Johnny, it made you happy, with school, homework, chores around the house that you and keithy always fight over to do, you realized you never really got the personal time to spend with Johnny. Cherishing this moment was the best thing to have done.

At the ice cream shop you sit in a booth with Johnny, the place was really nice, had it just opened and you and g' where already claiming the place at the new place, it's name was "frosty dream " and had chairs and tables outside to eat in, and a dozen colorful booths in the inside up against each wall with tables and chairs in the middle, the whole place was one big building of sugar and you absolutely loved it.
"Wait which one was mine again?"

"The cherry one" you remind Johnny again for the third time. "And you got the rocky road right?"

"Yes yes! Now let's eat" you chuckle at his assuring words, getting a big spoonful of rocky road from y'all's ice cream split, and put it in your mouth, moaning slightly how good it tasted. So cold. Johnny laughs at your childlike actions and digs in also, tasting the deliciousness of the cherry flavored. As the day went on the sun started to set, and by then you eventually asked Johnny if you could try some of his and him asking you the same.
"This place is so cute, it reminds me of you"
He said smirking , his chocolate brown eyes looking down at you, the lamp from the ceiling shining down at you like you where the most beautiful thing he's ever seen.
"Shut up" you playfully roll your eyes at his comment, not being used to the affection showed out in public, you put a spoonful of cherry and rocky road in your mouth but as you turn your head to the left  to the door you see the person you never thought you'd see at a place like this. Micheal.
