:The whole mix up

We all said our goodbyes and what nots and eventually me and Keith went home together.

"So.....did you have fun?" Keith told me on the ride home.

"you know what Keithy boy I actually did back their , I mean I thought they where gonna be a lot different, but that one quite kid , i forgot his name...ah I totally forgot but he was so quiet back their I almost bursted out laughing"
that last part that I said made me realize that I had no control over what I just said , realizing it was blunt . "Yeah that's Johnny Cade, he got jumped not to long ago badly by sum soces in our football area , that's how he got that bruised scar across his cheek, ever since then he's always been nervous and fidgety around people besides the group.."

"Oh I didn't know...". All of a sudden I felt a weight drop in my stomach and I instantly regretted what I said

" nah your good just don't mention it in front of  the gang it doesn't make him feel to hot." So that's why I thought, you idiot Donna.

"..ok"

"Dally said him pony and Johnny where gonna go to the nightly double tomorrow night and told me if we both wanna come"  we had gotten comfortable in the roof of our home as we settled in for the night,when Keith said that I sorta got a feeling in my stomach...I don't know why though.
Setting that feeling aside I went ahead and agreed to come

"alright go to bed I'll wake u in the morning "
As he bids his goodnight he walks out of my bedroom closing the door

"ugh but I like waking too myself , and stop turning my radio off in my room you greaser I can't sleep if it's not on!" He hears me yell at him from the end of the hallway and rolls his blue eyes without me noticing "alright whatever !"

The morning:

The following morning It was nothing but ordinary except for the lingering feeling of something uneasy in my stomach , I jumped to conclusion it was probably something to do with my diet and thought nothing of it for a second time.
I did my morning routine and put on a white
shirt and blue jeans with ballerina red flats , I let my hair down and put some lipstick on.
By then I was ready to start my day

I went down stairs to Keith eating cereal watching Mickey Mouse and I sat down next to him drinking milk.
Mom was barely home to support us but she sends checks of money when she gets paid at her job so Keith can look after me. It doesn't bother me too much cause it's always been like that since 'dad' left but we don't talk about him...not yet.
"What time is it" Keith said. "It's almost 12:50" damn time went by too fast we both where so sucked into the show.
"Alright we gotta get going" he said without taking his eyes off the tv. "Why the nightly double doesn't start till later?" "I know Donna, I just wanna waste time till we meet up with dally and them" he said finally looking away . "Alrighty"

The rest of the afternoon consisted of me and my brother running errands across town, picking up some snacks and beverages, along with full course meal preps for home, by the time we got back home and put everything away it was as if time went by quickly enough that it was around the clock that we were supposed to be getting ready to go out
It was 8:00 and we decided to go head to the nightly double.

We where almost their and I forgot to get my jacket so I told Keith I was gonna go back to the house to get it. I ran as fast as I could and got it. I stared just to speed walk back to the nightly double because I needed to catch my breath."damn it's cold" I muttered to my self putting my jacket on quickly.
I was almost at the double and I saw two bit hanging out with Johnny and pony and some soc girls sitting in front of them , I started to walk their way when a big socy guy stopped me in my tracks and said "what's a pretty girl like you walking all alone" he said it in a time where you can't answer. I just stood their not knowing what to do! I quickly looked around myself to see if I had anything to defend myself like Keith told me and then I did the most stupidest thing anyone could do when they where about to get jumped.......run.

I ran as fast as I could. I couldn't even feel my legs. I looked back and their was the guy and his friends running over to me yelling "GET HER!!" I was scared dead. I couldn't even whimper or some shit . Man this is really happening!! They where coming close to my steps and I turned the way to the other side of the nightly double and hid in a corner. I covered my mouth so they couldn't hear myself panting like a dog. "Where did she go??" One of them said. "C'mon I think she went this way!" The other said with curly hair. I watched them go the other way and then after they did I ran the other way to the entrance of the double to find my brother.

I kept running and then all of a sudden bumped into someone and we both fell down .
"What the hell?" I said and then I looked up to someone familiar.....Johnny."I-I'm sorry Donna" he said with a sincere tone. "Um do you know where my brother is ?" "Yeah he went to go walk a girl home. He told me to tell you to just meet him at home." Great just great I thought. "O-ok" was all I said. I studied johnnys features and I meannnnnn wellllll....ok he's a cute person...cuter than any boy I've seen since my last...."relationship". "I can walk you home if you want?"he said kinda nervously. I blushed just slightly and said "..well ok" we walked in the cold back to my place when all of a sudden......
