Cyril, Patrick, Valerie and Elijah all climb the stairs with the other cops.

They have to save Esther and Erwin.

"Alright keep moving!"

Benjamin shouted at the Soledad couple.

Esther, Erwin, Benjamin and Melanie continued to climb.

When they finally reached the top, they forced the couple to stay where they were.

"Stay right there!"

Says Melanie.

Esther tries to talk some sense to them.

"Wait! Mel, Benjie! Maybe we can talk about this-"

"NO!"

Melanie shouted. 

"You guys have been number one for TOO long. It's time for the Arpias to take the crown of the Soledads-"

"NO!" Patrick shouted.

Melanie and Benjamin turn around.

They see the four with the rest of the police officers.

"Mr. and Mrs. Arpia, put your guns down!"

The police chief shouted.

"Ma! Pa!"

Valerie shouted.

The daughter walks up to her parents.

"Please... Ma, Pa. Put down the guns. We can start over."

"For so many years, I've worked hard to be on top of the world."

Melanie tearfully tells her story.

There was a sudden silence.

"BUT I CAN'T DO THAT IF YOU'RE ALWAYS GETTING IN MY WAY!"

Melanie shouted as she pointed the gun at her daughter.

"MA!"

Valerie cried out of shock when her own mother pointed the gun towards her.

Before Melanie could fire the gun, Cyril quickly held it from her hand and tries to snatch it from her.

Patrick also tries to take the gun from his godfather's hand.

"Give it to me!"

Cyril shouted as he tried to take the gun from Melanie's hand.

"I thought you already drowned!" Melanie shouted.

"Just to tell you, us gays are mermaids too!" Cyril replied back.

After struggling and shouting at each other, Cyril was able to snatch the gun from her and remove the bullets.

Due to the force and impact caused by the both of them scrambling over the gun, Melanie was pushed and her back hits the bell.

Patrick and Benjamin on the other hand...

"Ninong, please give me that!"

"You're gonna have to knock me out first boy!"

"Suit yourself."

Patrickpunches Benjamin in the face.

He drops the gun in the process.

Patrick grabs the gun and immediately removed the bullets as well.

The police arrest them.

The police chief faces the Arpia couple.

"Melanie and Benjamin Arpia, you are both being arrested for kidnapping, attempted murder, drug use and organized crime. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?"
