When Patrick got the cans of paint, he and Cyril went straight out of the activity hall.
Outside, there is a wall in front of the two of them.
They begin preparing their things in order to paint it.
Patrick took a can of paint and proceeded open it.
Cyril tries to reach for the paint that is in the can with the paintbrush he is holding.
"Let me"
Says Patrick.
Patrick attempts to take the paintbrush from Cyril's hand.
Suddenly he realized that apart from the paintbrush, he was also holding his hand.
They look at each other before proceeding.
"Okay."
Cyril releases his paintbrush and he gives it to Patrick first.
Patrick dips some paint on Cyril's paintbrush and he hands it over to him again.
"Here."
Cyril accepts the paintbrush that is now dipped with paint.
"Yes. Thank you."
Cyril looks at the colors provided. Baby blue, baby pink. Lavender.
He asks Patrick.
"Are these really the colors?"
"Mama chose them. Of course I'm just pushing with what she wants right?"
Suddenly he lowered his voice into a whisper.
"Even though there are times when I don't like it."
"Huh?"
"Nothing. I mean, I don't like the colors that she chose."
"They're beautiful. Actually, we can make a way for them to look even more beautiful. Here, I'll show you."
Cyril tries to open the paint can but the impact of lifting the lid would cause the paint to spill on his clothes.
He'll be frustrated with what has happened.
"Oh my! We haven't even started yet."
Patrick suddenly dips his hands inside the can and smudges the paint on his shirt.
Cyril got confused by what he did.
"I told you, we'll get dirty."
They laugh, then suddenly Patrick paints Cyril's nose.
"Oh how rude!"
Cyril paints Patrick's neck.
"Oh! That's how it is!"
"Bleh!"
They continue laughing.
"My gosh, we're like kids. We need to start painting now, isn't the event this Saturday?"
"Yes."
Then as they start to paint, Patrick looks and smiles at Cyril.
Cyril on the other hand, also looks and smiles back at him.
They proceeded in continuing the work because they are losing time.
