3: Taemin

In the College garden || AUTHOR'S POV:

Kim Taehyung - the leader of the Incheon students federation of Hanguk College just finished his summer meeting with the executive team and is walking towards the bench in the college's main garden. 

It is early summer and so the weather is beautiful. A student leader like Kim Taehyung, who is in charge of handling the Incheon student's protection and revolution against the Seoul gang, is fond of admiring nature. No matter how tough he is or how tough he has to act to be a leader, when it comes to nature, he becomes a soft boy. 

He is sitting under a huge tree and admiring the spring. It is not autumn but when his eyes catch a leaf falling from the tree, he traces it until it lands on the ground. However, before he can see the leaf land on the ground, his eyes fall on his best friend - Park Jimin - coming towards him. 

"Hey, Jimi-- SHIBAL(f*ck)! What happened to your face?"

Taehyung exclaims in disbelief as soon as he sees Jimin leaping towards him. He quickly runs and wraps his hands around his waist to help him walk. Meanwhile, Jimin wraps his hand on Taehyung's shoulder and leaps to the bench to sit.

His calm expressions of admiring nature immediately turn into a horrifying expression of mutual pain and anger. The pain his best friend might be feeling right now and the anger erupting to find a kill the person who did this to his friend.

"Yahh! What's going on?" Taehyung asks but Jimin doesn't bother to answer him. He lifts his right arm up to check if it is broken or not. Happily, he is able to move it with a bit of pain and sighs in relief. 

Taehyung being Jimin's overprotective friend takes his face in his hands and yells again, "Yahh imma! Who did this to you? Who was it?"

However, Jimin is extremely sad and out of energy. He is just like that leaf falling off the tree to the ground - lifeless and broken. But that fallen leaf is all alone by itself and Jimin is not. Jimin has Taehyung. Jimin is not alone. He pulls away Taehyung's hands from his face and responds in a soft and disappointed tone,

"Just as usual. I went to buy some flowers this morning. I accidentally dropped some on the ground and they flew to Seoul, crossing the border near our college."

Taehyung exhales furiously understanding what could have happened next. He understood that just for those flowers, Seoul people must have started throwing fists at Jimin who literally did nothing.

With this decades-long ongoing enmity between Seoul and Incheon, both gangs came up with an idea to separate their lands with a border. Since the border was formed, no one even dares to throw a piece of paper on the other side, or a war starts immediately.

Taehyung is fuming. He is so angry that it is a surprise that you still cannot see smoke coming out of his ears. While Tae is thinking of gathering his student federation gang and taking revenge, Jimin cracks his neck and suddenly whines in pain.

Well, at this moment, revenge comes second. First is taking Jimin to the infirmary and that's exactly what Tae does. He carries Jimin's bag and walks him to the college infirmary. On their way, Tae starts throwing questions at Jimin again.

"How did you escape?"

Jimin looks up at the sky and then says, "I don't know. God sent someone to save me today."

"Someone helped you? Who and where is he?" Tae exclaims with surprise. Someone's challenge to fight back the Seoul gang all alone is strange unless that person doesn't know about this enmity. 

Jimin ruffles his hair but doesn't say anything. He is lost in recalling the person who helped him. He is trying to think if he knows him but has no luck.

"I don't know. I have never seen him before. But they were on the verge to kill him too. I don't know where and when he ran."

Taehyung adjusts Jimin's bag on his shoulder and they both enter the infirmary. As soon as they enter, Taehyung calls the nurse to check up on his best friend. However, Jimin's eyes fall on Jin lying on the bed. His eyes widen in shock but more in relief. He quickly untangles his arm from Taehyung and rushes toward him.

"Hey! Are you okay?"
