Have you ever just wanted to cry? Have you ever felt that you couldn't hold the tears in? Your brain is sending messages to your tear ducts saying "cry." But you have to be strong. You can't let them know what your weakness is. You're in one of those situations where if you cry, no one would understand, they would just tease you. They don't know how much it affects you. Then you start thinking about all the times you've been in this situation. It all adds up. All of the emotions that you've been hiding just pile up on top of one another like a stack of papers you have to organize. You feel like the weight of the world is crashing down on you. You want to sink into the earth. But that's the trap. They want you to crash, sink, and be unorganized about your self. They want you to fall. It's your job to take them down and say "I am stronger than you think I am." Because, truth be told, we are the stronger ones. We have fought battles that only they can think of. More importantly we have SURVIVED those battles. We are the people who can take any challenge that comes our way. We have been through hell and back. So it's okay to cry, because if we didn't we wouldn't be human. We deserve the right to cry. Crying shows that we've been strong. It shows we survived.
