soobin
people say that the first time you have sex, the time you lose your virginity, is one of those special moments.
you know, those moments that you look back on for the rest of your life.
soobin seriously hoped that was not the case.
his first time happened in his first real girlfriend's bedroom. they had only been dating for a few weeks when they took the next step. she was a year older than him, and she was not a virgin in any sense of the word.
soobin had been extremely nervous beforehand, and after, he thought he had done something wrong.
the way people talk about it makes it seem... incredible.
for soobin, it didn't feel... right.
eventually, he managed to separate his feelings from the act of physical activities, so it got better.
or so he thought.
because that night, with doyeon, changed everything.
it meant the absolute world to him.
he didn't know that making love when love is all you feel for the other person could be so right. he had never felt more complete than when he had her in his arms.
he checked up on her constantly, worried that he was hurting her or she'd want to stop.
but all he saw was this unconstrained adoration in her eyes.
like if he asked her to do something, she would do it.
and he knew it was the same reversed.
he would never forget the way her bare skin felt against his hands. the way she seemed to make the whole world a little brighter.
love really did make everything different.
-----
soobin woke up with a sleeping doyeon in his arms.
her skin was soft, and he smelled the sunshine and vanilla on her. it was addicting.
every twitch of her hands, every minuscule movement of her eyes or her nose or her lips made it so he couldn't look away.
doyeon stirred a little, and soobin froze. for some reason, he all of a sudden didn't want her to wake up like this.
he was too vulnerable.
he slowly slid out of bed, his hands gently making sure that she was comfortable before he went downstairs. he decided to make some breakfast for them before school, even though doyeon was still fast asleep.
as he prepared the pancakes, he thought about the night before.
shivers flew down his spine when he thought of her hands in his hair and her lips pressed against his collarbone.
every part of him was terrified.
he saw the look in her eyes, and he knew it must be in his too.
she knew that he loved her more than anything before last night.
but last night was different.
he had never made it so obvious that she was everything to him. he had let her in completely. he had allowed her to work her way into ever crevice of his heart, and there was no going back now.
"hey." he heard a voice say from behind him.
he turned around, a small smile finding its way onto his face at just the sound of her voice.
