1. Will privately weigh their artists but never tells them their weights, just gives them gentle advice on how to be a healthy weight. (Won't force them to diet or to starve themselves, they are told how to maintain a healthy weight)
2. Allows their artists to eat on camera, practically will feed them if they haven't eaten yet (Serenity is always the victim to this)
3. Doesn't forbid dating but makes artists wait till they turn 18/19.
4. If one of their artists swears on camera it is quickly edited out (excluding lives)
5. Has a therapist available for anyone who is need of one, they want their artists to have a safe space were they can be open with whats going on in their lives (They can't risk losing any of their artists)
6. Artists are given freedom to learn new skills i.e choreographing their own dances, producing songs
7. Stylists will always check to see if an artist is comfortable in an outfit. They also will pick colours and styles that will suit an artist.
8. There was a small building bought that has many rooms with computers, all with webcams and mics, so that foreign idols/trainees can communicate with their families. (These are also used for online classes, giving them complete privacy with no chance of interruption)
9. There are private tutors to help with Korean, Japanese, Chinese and English.
10. It is recommended for artists to have hobbies outside of anything to do with being an idol as well as spend time with friends.
11. Meetings are held once a month, CEO and staff of an idol/group, to bring up any issues or idea the artist could have.
