I walked to the mirror and wiped my face which was bright red.

the doors opened and it was kami.

she walks toward me and looks at herself in the mirror.

there was an awkward tension between us and she says,

"splash cold water onto your face so your face can cool down"

she paused "I'm sorry"

I walked out of the bathroom thinking was she actually trying to be nice for once? was she actually sorry?

11:09 am

it was lunch.

I walked over to the cafeteria and again, all eyes are on me and I am extremely uncomfortable.

I sat down at the lunch table next to jade and jaeden.

everyone was silent.

"so how were your guy's days," I say to break the tension.

"um it was fine" Finn replied

"It was okay" will says.

"I had a really hard chem test today," jade says playing with her salad.

again there was an awkward silence.

Louis came and sat next to will.

"why is everyone so quiet?" Louis questioned.

My phone rang and help the silence.

my phone was facing up.

i looked at it and again there was tears in my eyes.

"who is it?" jade asks softly.

i took a deep breath and said "my dad, ill be right back"

I got up and answered the phone.

"I don't even want to hear you right now"

"you know I'm at school right now right?"

"no dad please don't even try to fix this"

"there's nothing you can do to fix any of this. is this why you said you were going to shoot a new show but in reality, you were going to see your new wife?"

"its not what it looks like please just listen"

"I've been at my lowest and when I need you the most you were off having the time of your life."

"I thought I knew you and now I don't"

"mom is M.I.A and now you have a new family"

"I'm on my way home please let me explain when I get home"
