sick night

Kaias p.o.v

I woke up covered in sweat and my throat hurting really bad I sat up in my crib and whimpered looking around

Kaia: mommy

I called out not even a minute passed and mommy came running into the room

Billie: hi baby whats wrong

My eyes tear up and i make grabby hands towards her and mommy instantly picked me up and I layed my head on her shoulder

Kaia: mommy I no feel ood

Mommy felt how hot I was and layed me down on the floor took my pj's off and changed my pull up

Billie: awe Bubba it's gonna be okay I'm gonna give you some medicine okay

Mommy said putting the new pull up on me and then picking me up and walking into the kitchen grabbing some medicine

Kaia: I no want that

Billie: you gotta take it baby it will help you feel better

I whined and took the medicine and instantly started crying and mommy rocked me back and forth

Kaia: mommy

I said crying mommy walked upstairs into her room sat down on the bed pulled her shirt up and I started crying more wanting milky

Billie: here baby your okay

Mommy said helping me latch on once I did I started to feed and stopped crying of the feeling of the warm milk hitting my sore throat

After twenty minutes I felt sleepy and pulled away from mommy she sat me up and started to pat My back I whimper and lay my head on my shoulder

Mommy kissed my head and I brup she giggled and grabbed my pacifier placing it in my mouth and rocked me back and forth humming a tune

After a couple of minutes I fell asleep right in mommy's arms warm and safe

Billies p.o.v

My poor baby I say to myself looking down at Kaia who was sleeping peacefully in my arms I walk back to her room and gently place her into the crib Kiss her head and leave the room

I walk back to my room and get in my bed pull the covers over myself and shark jumps on my bed and gets comfortable right next to my feet I smile and go to sleep
