Billie's p.o.v

I sat mila down on her small potty and helped Kaia stand by the sink then went into the cabinet and grabbed her medicine

Billie: okay love after you finish brushing your teeth we gotta take your medicine and get you dressed and ready

Kaia: okay mommy

Billie: good job staying on your potty this time mila

I say and mila smiled and wiggled around a bit after Kaia finished brushing her teeth I hand her the five pills she had to take with a cup of a water

Kaia: mommy this is yucky

Billie: I know bubba but you have to take until your arm and leg heals all the way

She took all of her pills and then acelyn came into the bathroom holding willow on her hip as willow had a binky in her mouth with a tear stained face

Billie: what's wrong with our little one

Acelyn: she has a diaper rash and she's just super fussy

Billie: oh my poor baby did you put the diaper rash cream on it

Acelyn: yes I did it helped a bit

Billie: okay i gotta get Kaia dressed and take her to her doctors appointment I'll be back in a couple of hours

Acelyn: okay I already made breakfast for them

Mila: mommy I wen pee pee

Billie: good job baby okay stay right there and I'll come get you in a second

Acelyn: I can get her while you get Kaia dressed and ready

Billie: thanks babe

Acelyn: no problem love okay baby let's get you off this potty your such a big girl

I smiled and then helped Kaia into her bedroom and dressed her for the day the brushed her hair

Kaia: mommy can I have two braids please

Billie: of course love

I grabbed the brush and brushed her hair out then braided it into two braids and then put cute little bows on them bottom of them

Billie: okay baby let's go eat breakfast

Kaia: okay mommy

I picked her up and brought her downstairs and sat her down at the table and saw mila in her high chair and willow crying in her high chair

Billie: I know baby it's coming

Knowing she was probably hungry and uncomfortable with her diaper rash

Acelyn brought our plates over to us and then our drinks

Acelyn: that was the last syringe of Kaia's medicine

Billie: I can pick up a refill of it when we go to the doctors

After me and Kaia finished eating breakfast I gave her a sippy cup full of milk and then helped her put her shoes on

Billie: okay I'll be back in a couple of hours please wake Calaya up or she won't go down for her afternoon nap and her breastmilk is in the fridge and mila needs to sit on her potty again if willow is still fussy heat up some brestmilk for her and put it in a bottle or sippy cup
