Billies p.o.v

I just finished cooking dinner and made everyone a plate while acelyn set the table

The girls were in the living room I cut willows and Mila's food and then just put a small portion of the food for Kaia

I set the plates on the table and called the girls for dinner

Acelyn: alright time to eat some yummy dinner

Acelyn put willow in her high chair and I put Mila in her high chair too and Kaia got herself in a seat

We all sat down and started eating our food when I noticed Kaia looked sad almost and kinda just played with her food instead of eating it

Billie: Kaia baby you doing okay you hardly touched your food and it's pasta your favorite

I say looking at her acelyn looks over too while feeding willow some of her food Kaia sighed and looked at us tearfully

Kaia: I'm just not hungry mommy

Billie: are you sure baby you only had a small snack today you didn't really eat lunch either

Tears come down her face but yet she stays silent not saying a word and putting her head down

Acelyn: bubba what's wrong

Suddenly she started crying and got up from the table and ran upstairs slamming the door behind her

Billie: I'll get her can you get them cleaned up please I'll clean up the kitchen

Acelyn: it's honey I've got it go ahead and take care of Kaia and come get me if you need me of course

I nodded my head and walked upstairs knocking on kaias door

Billie: Kaia baby open the door please it's mommy

Suddenly the door slowly opened and I walked inside seeing Kaia sitting on her bed in tears

I don't say anything I just pull her on my lap and rubbed her back letting her know she's okay and she's safe helping her calm down

After twenty minutes she fully calmed down and I wiped her tears and kissed her head

Billie: you wanna tell me what's wrong you can talk to mommy about anything

Kaia: I miss Blakely

She says sadly I smiled weakly she has been super down lately ever since Blakey been put back in the adoption center

But yesterday I found out she got a new home with two parents who will love and care for her instead of her being abused like she used too by her own mother

Billie: you wanna know something

Kaia: what mommy

Billie: you can actually visit Blakey if you like honey

Kaia: really mommy

Billie: yeah she got new home with a mommy and daddy and you two can have a play date soon how's that sound

Kaia: that sounds amazing thank you Mommy thank you

She says happily hugging me tightly I smiled and hugged her back

Billie: you're welcome baby but get your pajamas on and get ready for bed please you have school tomorrow

Kaia: okay mommy I love you

Billie: I love you more sweetheart

I say kiss her then getting up from her bed and go check on acelyn seeing how's she's doing with the two little ones

Willow's crying with her hand in her mouth and Mila was just in her own little world like usual

Acelyn: shhhh willow baby it's okay mama is right here

Billie: nah she doesn't want you she wants the milk

I say laughing and acelyn playfully rolled her eyes at me handing willow to me while she picked up Mila

Billie: I know baby I know hold on

I pulled my shirt down I didn't have a bra on so I just latched her on her crying stopped instantly and she started feeding

Acelyn: is everything okay with Kaia

Billie: oh yeah she's fine she just missed Blakely but I told her I would take her to go see Blakey for a play date soon

Acelyn: that's good her and Blakey really connected with each other

Billie: yes that they did

I say chuckling putting willows diaper while she fed and acelyn slowly rocked Mila to sleep then set her in her crib for the night

Willow fell asleep so I unlatched her put a binky in her mouth then carefully set her in her crib then me and acelyn turn on the sound machine and say goodnight then close there room door

Then we go check on Kaia she's fast asleep with her little mermaid pajamas on we smiled and kissed her goodnight then went to bed ourselves

not right before we heard screaming coming from outside....
