I held onto Acelyn's hand as the doctor rubbed the gel on my stomach to do an ultrasound to see how the baby is doing

Doctor: okay would you guys like to know the gender or not know the gender

Billie: actually we were wondering if you could write down the gender on a piece of paper and then give it to us

Doctor: okay yes of course I can do that and everything looks good so far baby looks healthy and is developing nicely in the womb how are those prenatal meds I prescribed you Billie are they working nice

Billie: yes they work really well I think I need a refill on them

Doctor: no worries I can write another prescription for them and your next appointment is in a couple of weeks and here is you envelope congratulations you two

Billie: okay thank you so much have a nice day

Doctor: you too dear

Me and acelyn left the doctors office and went back to the car starring at the envelope then at each other

Acelyn: should we open now and see what it is or should we do a gender reveal party thing

Billie: I was actually thinking we just do like a small get together at the house with the family I don't really wanna do a whole party

Acelyn: we could do that baby you wanna wait until then get together or should we open it now

Billie: I want to open it now and then surprise the family with it

Acelyn: okay let's do it

I took a deep breath and slowly opened the envelope I took the piece of paper out of the envelope and closed my eyes and so did acelyn

Billie: okay on the count of three we will look

Acelyn: okay one two three

We opened our eyes and looked at the paper gasping in surprise acelyn cheered happily and smiled tears coming down my face

After we collected ourselves we drove home the girls were with my parents while we went to the doctors

When we got home me and acelyn I told my parents they could leave for now and then come back later for the get together

Me and acelyn cooked dinner and then got the girls changed in matching shirts that said " Big Sister" on it

Once our family got here we all sat down and ate dinner then it was time for dessert Acelyn brought a cake out and some cups and gave them to everyone

Billie: okay we went and got the gender today and in the cake in the color of them gender pink for a girl and blue for a boy so go ahead and put your cup in the cake

Everyone put there cup in the cake my mom started cheering loudly and Claudia squealed loudly Zoe smiled and gave me a hug

Finneas: it's another girl I knew it

Finneas says cheering holding ember on his hip and Claudia chuckled

Maggie: you're gonna be a big sister willow

My mom says and kisses willows head while she squeals and chews on her baby teething toy

We all celebrated for a bit more and then after everyone left acelyn cleaned up the kitchen while I got the girls ready for bed

Kaia: mommy

Billie: yes love

Kaia: can I name my new baby sister

Billie: what names do you have in mind

Kaia: I wanna name her cinnamon toast crunch cause that's my favorite cereal

She says excited I chuckled and tucked her into bed then take a seat next to it

Billie: that's a lovely name sweetheart but me and mama already have a name for your baby sister

Kaia: well could that be her middle name mommy

Billie: maybe I'll ask mama for you but for now get some sleep okay goodnight I love you

Kaia: I love you too mommy

I smiled and kissed her on the head then got up leaving her room closing the door slightly

Me and acelyn climbed into bed and cuddled up with each other

Billie: I have name for our little one

Acelyn: I thought we already had a name picked out baby

Billie: this is name Kaia made though babe

Acelyn: what is it

Billie: cinnamon toast crunch

We looked at each other and laughed but not so loud to not work the girls up after we clamed down a bit we started talking again

Acelyn: I mean I like that name

Billie: maybe that could be a nickname for her

Acelyn: that would be a cute little nickname for her I can't wait to meet this little cutie

She says and kisses my stomach I smiled and ran my fingers though her hair we cuddled for a bit longer and then we eventually fell asleep together
