I took a sharp breath in as I held finneas hand as another contraction came shortly after my water broke I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance

The doctors got me all checked out and I'm not enough center meters to start pushing yet either

Right now it's just me finneas Billie acelyn and the girls In my hospital room right now

Kaia: aunty Claudia can I hold the baby afters she comes

Claudia: or course you can sweetheart I'm sure the baby will love you

I said and smiled at her and she giggled and lays down on Acelyn's lap alongside Mila and willow then Billie walked over to me holding my hand

Billie: how you feeling

Claudia: I feel okay now but these contractions are killing me I might get an epidural how the heck did you give birth without any medications

I say and Billie chuckled and squeezed my hand a bit and I chuckled too with her

Billie: well I only did no medication once when I gave birth to Mila and it was the worse pain let me tell you but I did get an epidural when I had willow

I smiled remembering when she first came home from the hospital with a tiny Mila and how excited kaia was to meet her little baby sister is was adorable

Claudia: I remember when Mila was a tiny little baby she was so cute all of your daughters are absolutely beautiful Billie

Billie: thank you Claudia I'm sure you babygirl will be absolutely beautiful too

I smiled and she kissed my head and finneas came over to me just then Maggie and Patrick walked in the room

Maggie: I'm so sorry we're late there was so much traffic how is everything going

Finneas: it's okay mom were just waiting until Claudia is ready to start pushing

Kaia: grandma!

Kaia ran over to Maggie and hugged her leg and Mila toddled over to Patrick

They smiled and hugged the girls I smiled knowing they would do the same to our daughter

Just then the doctor walks in and says hello to everyone and then comes over to me

Doctor: hello I'm just gonna check your cervix to see how many centimeters you are dilated

I nodded my head and she pulled a curtain over so I had some privacy and I lifted up my hospital gown so she could check the doctor put on some gloves and checked to see

Once she was she took her gloves off and looked back at me with a questionable face

Claudia: is everything alright

She sighed and stood up and grabbed a chart looking at something

Doctor: ma'am your baby is breeched which means we have two options we can try to turn baby around or we might have to do a emergency C-section

My heart sank at the news the doctor came over and held my hand

Doctor: it's okay ma'am I promise me and the nurses will make sure you and your baby are healthy and safe

Claudia: thank you

Doctor: your welcome for now we will just monitor baby's heart and try to turn her around okay mom

Claudia: okay thank you

She smiled and left the room and grabbed supplies opening the curtain when she left everyone came over to me to ask what had happened

Claudia: the baby is breeched there are gonna try to turn baby around but if not Im gonna have to have a C-section

Finneas grabbed my hand and kissed it then kissed my head

Finneas: everything will be okay honey

Claudia: I hope so

The doctor came back in the room with gloves and other medical equipment

Doctor: alright let's try to turn this baby around

She put on some gloves and rubbed my stomach trying to turn my baby around after fifteen minutes she stopped and checked baby's heart beat

Doctor: okay baby has successfully turned around now you can start pushing

Everyone cheered at the good news and i held finneas hand tightly and sigh relieved

Doctor: okay take a deep breath and start pushing whenever you're ready

I nodded my head and started pushing grunting in pain I stopped pushing to take a breath

Doctor: okay Good I can see babys head one more big push

I started pushing again screaming in pain then I heard crys and my baby was placed on my chest while the doctor rubbed her back with a towel

I started crying and held onto to her while finneas also started crying the doctors got the baby cleaned up and bundled into a little baby burrito and handed her back to me

Doctor: do you have a name for the birth certificate

Finneas: yes we do

Finneas looked at as I was one who wanted to say the name of our daughter

Claudia: Ember Marie O'Connell

Doctor: beautiful name congratulations

I smiled and the doctor sighed off the birth certificate and left the room everyone looked at little Ember in my arms

Kaia: she's so tiny mama

Acelyn: I know she is so tiny baby she's a little bitty baby

Billie and Maggie also Patrick had tears in there eyes

Claudia: do you wanna hold her dear

Finneas nodded his head crying I carefully place Ember in his arms and he held her close to his chest crying as Billie stood next to him rubbing his back

Finneas: hi little Ember I'm your daddy your so perfect

He says with a smile on his face I smiled watching the interaction between them

I already love her so much
