Billie: hey be careful with your sister love

I say to Kaia as she playing with willow who was laying on a blanket playing with a baby toy

Acelyn walks in the living room with a snack and sits next to me I smile and kiss her head

Suddenly there was a Knock on the door and acelyn looks at me

Acelyn: did you invite someone over

Billie: no did you

She shook her head no and I looked confused and got up

Billie: I'll answer it stay here with the girls

Acelyn: okay

I walk to the front door and looked through the peek hole and see a lady standing there with a clipboard

I sigh and opened the door and the lady looks at me and smiled

Women: hello my name is grace I work at the adoption center here in Los Angeles are you Billie eilish

Billie: yes I am

I say with raised my eye brows at her and she grabs a paper from her clipboard and hands it to me

Grace: you were the one that adopted Kaia Campbell we have this thing down at the foster care center for kids like kaia

Billie: what are you talking about

Grace: her biological parents

Billie: what about them

Grace: we'll form what we were told when she came into the system her parents abandoned her at birth and we couldn't find any trace of them

Billie: okay go on

Grace: we found her biological parents and they requested to see her but we need your consent since you are Kaia's legal guardian

My breath hitched and I tuck my hands in my pockets

Billie: I-I how do you even know if those are her biological parents

Grace: we did a DNA test to be sure and everything came back positive

I sighed and looked down and the women looked at me

Grace: look they wanna meet her tomorrow at the adoption center I'll let you think about it give me a call back when you make up your mind

She says and hands me a card then walks off my porch I closed the door and walked back inside to the living room

Acelyn: who was at the door

Billie: some lady form Kaia's adoption center

Acelyn: what she say

Billie: I'll tell you later let's get the girls down for there nap

She nods her hand I pick up willow and sit on the couch while acelyn grabs a bottle for Mila and Kaia comes and cuddles with me

I pull down my shirt and latch willow on once she was latched on and feeding I pull Kaia close to me and cover her with a blanket

After a couple of minutes the girls fall alseep and acelyn puts them in there beds and comes back to the living room

Acelyn: you ready to talk about it now

She says softly and kisses my head I sigh and hold her hand

Billie: they found Kaia's biological parents and they wanna met her and the lady said to give her a call when I make up my mind but I don't know

Acelyn: well I think she should at least know how her biological parents are she's gonna wanna know one day when she's older

Billie: yeah your right but I'm scared I don't know theses people and I don't want them to hurt my baby

Acelyn: I'll go with you baby and plus the workers won't let that happen

Billie: you think I should let her go see them

Acelyn: whatever you feel is best baby but I think you should

Billie: okay I'll give her a call

I grabbed my phone and called the number on the card and the lady picks up instantly

Grace: mind up your mind

Billie: I'll do it I'll be there tomorrow

Grace: great see you soon

She says and hangs up the phone acelyn smiles weakly at me and we go upstairs and take a nap
