The pair had been extremely close after that one evening, they looked like they were dating and that angered Hannah. A lot. She tried to ignore it but it looked like they were hugging 24/7. When the hallways were empty, she dragged Chaewon into the janitors room. "I told you to stay away from him!"
"You're really starting to piss me off Hannah. Actually I got some news for you."
Chaewon leaned in to the point where she could smell Hannah's coconut shampoo.
"Me and Jeno are actually dating so get lost."
She winked at Hannah before strutting out of the room.

Chaewon nervously bit her lips as she waited for Jeno. She had to tell him that they were dating according to Hannah. He finally came out of the gymnasium, drenched in water and sweat. "Hey Jeno, can I talk to you for a sec?"

"Wait what?!" To say he was confused was an understatement.
"She wouldn't leave me alone and this was the only way for her to finally piss off. Please Jeno? I'll buy you your favourite food or whatever. Just please." He could see how desperate she was. Who could even say no to Chaewon?
"Ok fine. But you owe me."

Chaewon noticed Hannah walking down the hallway with her friends, praying Jeno was on the way. Just then, he hugged her from behind, arms circling her waist. This sight disgusted Hannah and made her want to rip Chaewon's hair out. "How was class babe?" He mumbled into her neck. She felt butterflies in her stomach, she felt as if she couldn't speak. But she had to act as natural as she could.
Turning around, Chaewon smiled sweetly at him.

She let out a small giggle to make it look realistic and extra. "It was okay, how about you?" Her arms were now around his neck, stroking his hair at the nape. Bora watched them from a fair distance and honestly wanted to gag. But part of her felt happy for Chaewon. She finally got what she wanted, Jeno. Even if it was fake.

"Let's go home together. I got something for you. I'll show you later." He pulled on her hand. She waved goodbye to Bora, not forgetting to smirk at Hannah.
After they got out of school, they smiled shyly. "Sorry for making things awkward. I'll repay you Jeno."
"No need."

"You should go in, your mum is probably worried about you." It was pretty late. The, supposed, couple went out to get drinks but lost track of time. "Thank you Jeno."
Chaewon lifted her hand and knocked on the door. The door creaked open, Jeno not forgetting to bow out of respect. The girl walked in as Jeno's warmth left her. She didn't want him to go.
Why can't you just stay?
Closing the door, Chaewon sighed heavily and dropped her bag next to her bed. She held back tears she didn't even know she had.

Why was she crying? She honestly didn't know too. Maybe it was the fact that he wasn't really her boyfriend. It was all an act. "Stop crying you idiot." She muttered to herself. The girl lightly slapped her own cheeks and wiped her stray tears away.
