Snakepaw
I pad around. I just want to go hunting. You know what? I am going to sneak out and hunt snakes. Green ones, yellow ones and any other type. I speed out towards the dirt place to exit camp. I leap forwards, for some reason I keep jumping and rolling around the floor. I am so excited about escaping. I feel like a kit!
What is that noise? I can hear rustling in the bushes. Snake! A adder! I leap forwards trying to slash at it, but I miss. Fear consumes me as I back up. It rises up into a attacking postion. I leaps towards me, biting my left eye. Blood wells up in my eye. Seeping out at the sides. I run around but that makes it worse. It bites in deeper.
"Help!!!!!" My yowl gets Galaxyheart to come charging towards me. He pulls it off of me, however I loose something extremely important. My eye. Blood starts pouring out from where my eye once was. Suddenly, I colapse.
I open my eyes only to remember I have one.
"What we're you doing hunting snakes? I have enough cats to care for!" Sanddollarpelt hisses
I shrug. Not exactly sure why I did that. She nudges a death berry towards me. I point at them.
"don't worry. It will contract the poison." She mews calmly. I sniff it cautiously before carefully eating it. I lay down and I drift off to sleep.
