"Kai!" Nya huffed, finally catching Kai. He was sitting on the roof, staring at the stars.

"Oh, hey baby sis.. Don't worry about me, I'm just.. chilling, ya. Chilling and maybe some remembering," Kai assured Nya ,giving her a glance before putting his attentions back to the stars.

"Kai, they're being stupid, there's nothing to be ashamed about.."

"I know, sis.And I shouldn't burst out either, they're not wrong ..I guess I'm just taking out my frustrations on them," Kai told his sister,gazing at the stars but it looks more like he is staring off in to memories.

Nya felt a bit saddened , she sat down and put her arm around Kai, trying to comfort him. "What are you thinking about, brother?" She was trying, perhaps trying to let her brother to talk about those tough moments she never really knew about. Her intention was simple really, trying to get some burden off his chest.

"I was... thinking about the past. Where we just lost our parents, you were just barely 4, so young,"

"Oh brother.." Nya put her head on his shoulder, tears starting to well up. "I vaguely remembering you carrying me around the village to ask our parents whereabouts," she said as she snuggled closer to her brother's side.

"I'm surprised you even remember that," Kai gave her a surprised look , Nya flashed him a small smirk and said ,"Of course I remembered, I'm the smarter siblings remember?"

Kai rolled his eyes and laughed together with his sister. "Still a smartypants, young or not I see. But ya , you're right, it was then i know how cold can the world be. Perhaps it's just my luck, but no one is being nice to us, no one has helped us. But I don't blame them tho, we're just brats and adults couldn't give a shit to us,"

"But fortunately that Uncle Baron gives you a job to do..?"

"He did, but what you don't know that his paycheck was very little but he gave me some toughest chores to do. I can barely feed us both , not to mention your upcoming education fee.  I try making weapons at our shop the first time, and I realised how weak I was compared to our father.  I worked very hard to manage a decent weapon and it was then the income finally became more stable for us,along with the paycheck of course." Nya widened her eyes, she thought that the paycheck was enough,she thought that Kai was naturally talented with forging weapons, she thought.. and only thought,never did learned about the truth.

She looked up at him, with tears streaks on her cheeks. "Awe, Nya don't cry, it's no big deal, proud even seeing how you grown up ro be a fine ,strong and independent woman ,just like our mother" Kai felt a little heart break at his sister's tear stained face, gently wiping out the tears and giving her a boop on the nose.

"Brother, you can always ask for helps from me, from us , heck even the whole ninjago citizens now! You're not alone anymore brother," Nya said in almost a desperate tone. Kai's eyes widened a bit before sighed a bit shakily,"Ya..ya you're right sis. I'm not..alone anymore. Damn that felt good to say,haha," He laughed a little ,a bit disbelief to realise that.

"I love you Kai, and thank you for always being there for me brother,"

"I love you too Nya,",

The siblings stayed there for a good while, enjoying the moment they have together before some idiots came rushing up to them.

"Kai!We're sorr-"
"I'm sorry Ka-"
"Oof,Kai I-"

and the three idiot decided being a ball was a good choice and proceed to bump into each other and roll it to the siblings side.

"Pfft- Hahahahahahahaha," The siblings, not even trying to hide their laughter, laughed mercilessly at their misery.

"Ow ow ow, Cole you need to get some weight off you're heavy!!!"

"Hey! My muscles are important, especially when it comes to rescue your sorry ass!"

"You two just shut up and get off of me, you two are equally heavy and it's not a good thing to my poor back!"

It took a few laughter and a few insults for them to finally diffuse themselves from a ball of mess.

"All we wanted to say is.." Lloyd being the head opened his mouth first, and the three of them yelled in unison,"We're sorry!" as they bowed at Kai.

"You're lucky that Nya is here, or else I'll probably be angry at you for 2 weeks," Kai sneered at them.

"So...are we forgiven?",thank you my yang!!

"Ya," there were cheers until...

"along with a 4 months free of chores for me," Kai smirked at their fallen faces.

"Kai ,honey please.." Cole plead

"Big brother Kai!!" Lloyd whined

"Any discounts?" Jay asked hopefully.

"Does 200% discounts sounds fun?" Jay sweared to FSM that Kai physically smiled more evilly than the first smirk.

"200% is.."
"Nope , we'll stick with the original price!" Lloyd yelled as he dragged the "still-counting boy", aka Cole and the "still-trying-to-negotiate" Jay and run before the two idiots made the punishments worse that it is now.

With them gone, Nya and Kai both burst out laughing and continue to finish their star-gazing ,siblings bond time.

tbh i don't know what im writing anymore, my eyes are screaming to sleep XDD
